Would’ve gave it five stars but… the first pizza we got there was so much crust and so little pizza. Since then we’ve gotten pizzas from them that have been amazing. Most of our visits we’ve experienced excellent customer service. Would most definitely recommend giving Marcos a try. My personal recommendation is the ultimate magnifico. It is my favorite.

Wife orders from here almost every week for our weekly day of indulgence. I have 0 complaints. It’s very affordable with the right coupons, and, if you are not satisfied for whatever reason, Ms. Cindy will go above and beyond to correct the issue. We order 2 philly cheesesteaks (one with veggies the other w/o veggies w/ triple steak and extra cheese as subs for the veggies) with triple garlic sauce, and the pepperoni magnifico with triple garlic sauce for our kid, every time we order — we don’t receive acid issues from the philly cheesesteak, the crust is soft and warm, and there is no lack in the toppings. Our son never complains about his pepperoni magnifico, infact, he prefers it over any other pizza chain at this time.

Five stars! Delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed the Hawaiian and Meat Lover’s pizzas. The plain wings were crispy and seasoned just right. The dessert breadsticks were delectable as well. My family and I will definitely eat here again.

Customer service is terrible. I called to make a pick up order stayed on hold for 10 minutes. I then called back someone answered then hung right back up. I love Marcos but the one in tupelo is a pass. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Had delivery. Hands down the worst pizza dough, no sauce & meat? Where’s the pepperoni?? Such chewy dough, it seemed to grow in my mouth. WORST PIZZA I’VE EVER HAD. Marco in Cape Coral, FL was great, Tupelo is awful. Delivery guys were great.

I ordered 8 pizzas! and 2 boxes of cheesy bread. Several different kinds of pizza. I bought for all the employees at Mac’s Tire center. Fantastic experience. When I went to pick them up everything was complete. Everything was delicious. Like 20 people ate Marcos that day and everyone told me it was great. So this review has got to count for more than one

Tonight was our first visit. We ordered online to go. We had the Medium Pepperoni magnifico & cheese bread. We arrived about 5 minutes early. Both were ready. They gave us a large even though the ticket said Medium. This pepperoni was cooked PERFECTLY! I love the old style pepperoni that curls up & gets crunchy. Looking forward to more delicious pizza when we’re not in the mood to cook or too tired to cook. Price was great. We had a coupon for 25% off.

Place is garbage. We literally waited in the drive through line for an hour when we went a couple weeks ago. Get up to the window pay cash for our order then they come back to the window 5 minutes later saying they havent even started our order yet and told us we needed to go to the back of the line. We were already mad but when we pulled around to get back in the line the line was out in the road. Not just a few cars in the road…like 8 cars deep. We decided we werent going to wait another hour for our pizza that should of already been done. That’s $60 we lost. I tried contacting them to get a refund and no one has responded. Absolutely horrible service and even more terrible set up. We would of parked to go in but every single spot they had was completely filled. There was no where to park to go in and get the food.
