NEVER again. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my 58 years. Provided our coupon for 8 piece w sides for $18.99. She even confirmed the coupon when we ordered. Got to the window. She took the credit card and ran it. When we asked to make sure if the coupon was honored, she told us the total was $29.15. That’s about a 30% overcharge. When we asked for the difference back, the manager on duty who was AMAZINGLY RUDE said it could not be done. She complained about the fact that she was still in training, walked away several times stating “I don’t have time for this” and accused my husband of having “attitude” which he did not. My husband was firm but not hostile (customer service for a living).

Not a good experience I will not go to this one again…. this is the 3rd time we’ve gone there, and each time something was awful…the food was lukewarm, chicken was barely warm, and the side dishes were only warm..very ☹️!

This 8 Pc meal with fries and Mac n cheese for sides with biscuits and a L Pepsi….. Was nasty! Went there about 930p last night, get my order, come home, and the chicken tastes like grease, two pieces were hard as a rock, and I could squish grease out of the chicken. It was gross! The biscuits were super chewy! The only good thing out of the meal was the fries and drink my kids wouldn’t even touch the Mac n cheese. Just tried to call to see what they could do since they were closed by the time I got home, No answer.

You would think showing up at noon to get some food it would be at least warm. Cold chicken with the breading not even sticking is disgusting. Employees might seem friendly but if this is the quality that their producing I could care less. This was the second and last time I’ll be visiting this location, everyone has a off days but just looking at the reviews for this location its pretty evident that its the norm. Luckily there are plenty of other options all around, do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Visited this location yesterday at approximately 1:30 in the afternoon and the food was disgusting. The chicken strips were the last ones on the tray and they were dried out. Mashed potatoes were cold they too were the last ones in the pan. I will never again buy food from this worst food I’ve ever had.

Just stopped by April 24th 2023 for lunch, nobody there. Was having a little bit of trouble at the drive threw, I asked for the famous bowl and asked does that come with a drink cause it’s pictures like that on the screen and she said I can add one I said okay, I said does that come with a side the KFC in Fairmount gave me a side with it one time and she said thats a combo do you want that? And another girl hopped on the mic like I was bothering them but her voice was nicer she called me hun and what not. But I get to the window to pay and the girl looks miserable, no hi no have a nice day nothing, barely reaches to take my money or hand me my food and I dropped my straw as she handing me my drink change and receipt and she gave me such a bad vibe I didn’t even ask for another one and then theres not even napkins or a fork in my bag. I called and no answer.

The only reason this is getting as high as a 2 star is employees are very friendly. Side of Mac and Cheese came to $3.01 it was way to small for the price, Luke warm and gummy not hot and creamy and a tad on the salty side.

It’s KFC. Pretty standard fried chicken. The service was good, they had an app deal so the food was cheap. Use the app order food. I dodnt have to cook so that’s a bonus.
