Everytime I come here, I feel like I’m getting robbed. $4 for 2 pieces of rve toast. $2 extra to have the eggs in my sandwich on the side. Even the people who work here admitted to me that the prIces for the food are too high. Also, there is one man behind the counter who is very miserable and is always rude. This person needs to never have a job where he has to talk to PEOPLE. I’m just fed up with place.

I’ve been going to this place all my life. The former owners sold. Since then, quality has gone down, portions have gotten smaller, and prices have gone up. I ranked those in order of importance. The ingredients such as the heroes used used to be of a higher quality. Now they use cheap airy ones. The roast beef in the #1 used to be medium/medium rare- now it’s well done. I miss the way it was. It dropped from high quality to average NYC deli (where the food is all the same and not as good).

They have new owners . They make horrible sandwiches. They give u cold grilled chicken and don’t even melt ur cheese. WHO EATS COLD GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH! As per the rude owner he said he has been doing this for 30plus years and and that’s how it’s done . Look at the lettuce ! Who does this ! Never again .

Welcome to The Nightmare Deli. And since we’re in October this place is full of tricks, no treat. Yesterday, an order was placed and today, when it was picked up, it was not what I ordered. Instead of rectifying the issue, the store clerk was snobby, disrespectful, and argumentative. He replied “ Oh you should’ve been more specific. We have nothing written down, which means nothing was specified.” I mean, when you ask for plain sandwiches with cheese, how much more specific can you get? Atlantic Deli, I’ve prepared a proper Eulogy before I bury you. Thank you for the 15+ years of service, you guys were great at your craft. My grandfather catered to you for all his occasions. Sadly, over the years you’ve diminished in customer satisfaction, skill, and service. I will take my business else where.

When Atlantic Deli gets your order correct the deli is very good, unfortunately its common for them to mess up orders. I’ve gone to this deli for the last 5-6 years and it’s always a risk ordering over the phone here and you’re lucky if they even pick up the phone.
