This is my first time here as I’m passing through. When I was driving by I stopped at Sal-lee’s Dream restaurant, however I sat there not being waited on. So, I decided to try this restaurant. I’m glad I didn’t eat at the other one, with dirty floors and flies swarming everywhere. Kountry Kitchen is a clean little diner. The food and the service was fabulous. The burger was homemade and so was the bread bun. Also, the bacon on the burger wasn’t your store bought type. We also got the fried fish and it was crunchy and delicious. You have to try the pepper slaw! I will come back here if I’m up in the area.

I had THE best meal yesterday! Mouth-watering meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy very close to my Mother’s homemade recipe, coleslaw, and a humongous piece of banana cream pie! Wow! Food was excellent, staff were friendly and courteous, prices were fantastic! You get tons of food for your money! I will DEFINITELY be returning! Yummmmm…..

First time at this restaurant, food was good, staff was friendly and helpful, we got the Friday special, price in line with other restaurants. Only open till 7 pm, didn’t have to wait long for our food, they had a lot of people, but got seated as soon as we went in. Will go back.
