Service was fast and great but I ordered a peach sweet tea and about the first 3 sips I tasted the peach but then it went to just bland unsweetened tea. I expected peach flavor throughout the whole drink.i dont know how its made but the flavoring needs to be stirred into the tea better.

I downloaded the app to order ahead , When we got to the store, they had not received the order, I had entered payment and was concerned I would be charged 2 times. The manager assured me that if I was charged double, he would credit my account . Good news I was only charged for the in store payment. The food was good.

What is happening with Zaxby’s in Clarkesville? I got a signature a chicken sandwich meal. Bread was burnt dried out chicken with dried out, fries cold hard I don’t know it was like from the day before. I called them and they redid ir Not much difference at all, never have I had this happen from Zaxby’s. Not good!

Three separate items were left off our order when we picked up at the restaurant. We brought food back to habersham medical center where we were staying when we realized the missing food. Called and spoke with the manager who showed total indifference and said the best she could do would be to replace the items if we return. (I had explained we were at the hospital for medical reasons and it was not possible to return).

Don’t do the delivery option on the ZAXBY’S APP because They sure won’t make it right if you don’t get your whole order because they do the delivery through doordash. I already wasn’t a fan of this place but I decided to give them another chance. Never again.

Very fast service. The chicken fingers, fries, cheese bites have always been very good. Even the celery sticks are fresh and crunchy. a little pricy but these days so is every body. The serving size is good, I never feel over charged.

This is gonna be a little harsh so I’ll start with the good. This location is very clean, the staff is pretty friendly, and the food is average comparing to other Z locations. However… I’m convinced the girls working the drive thru are having a secret competition for who can get the order most F’d up without getting caught. I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve received my order correct in the dozens of visits to this location.
