Really enjoyed the pepperoni Detroit style deep dish pizza. The sauce was in the center mostly so half the pizza was just bread and cheese, bit dry, will try to order some dipping sauce for it next time. Minus a star for the NY pizza which was not their forte (especially trying it after Pizzeria NY in Pickerington, now that’s a good NY slice). I’d say take it off the menu, Detroit is so great, but I know it’s a chain and it is what it is. Will be back for the deep dish!

I’ve ordered the brownie dessert two different times and both times they have showed up burnt. I don’t understand how they keep burning them. I asked them to just send it out uncooked, I’d cook it myself. So I know it won’t get burnt. Snd they said they said no they will bake me another one. Hoping this one will show up editable. But their pizza are wonderful.

Normally a great experience but this time was not. Ordered a large Detroit style half cheese and half supreme but the person heard green pepper. When I got there I pointed out the mistake and was told by the manager that they couldn’t do anything about it. They could make a supreme and charge me for it. If you go back through the history of my orders you won’t find an order of a green pepper pizza. I get mistakes happen and in this case I feel they should repeat the order back before submitting it. I only took the pizza so my child could have the cheese pizza I promised him. Very poor customer service. Probably won’t be back because of the way it was handled.

We received such generous customer service. From the initial phone call, while my toddler was having a meltdown and the grace and patience that was extended, to the delivery agent who dealt with my jumping dogs and hangry kids at the door, and yet still greeted us with a smile.

Delicious as usual. I’ve had jets pizza in wisconsin Ohio and Michigan all locations were awesome. Detroit pizza is the best pan style pizza or there. The jalapeno and bacon cheese stix are the bomb to. The guy that took my delivery over the place phone was really nice and so was the delivery driver. If you are wondering what pizza place to order from look no further just order jet’s.

Do not order pizza from this place. I ordered 150$ worth of food plus a 20$ delivery tip which is only 8 mins away. They messed the toppings up on both pizzas and wrong flavor sauce. Not to mention it took 1hr 45 mins to get to me when it said it was out for delivery, so pizza was cold also. Manager tried to say that was what I ordered when the online recipet showed different and no refund because I ordered offline. Left messages with corporate, we will see what they say.

Our order was supposed to be delivered at 12:45pm. Did show up til 1:30pm. Manger was rude and agruementive. Ordered $150 of food and a 20% tip. The whole entire order was messed up and cold.

I ordered via text which was available through the website. That was convenient. My confirmation text said it would be ready in 20 minutes but it was more like 30. Dude said a bunch of orders came it at once, which was understandable because I (and everyone else apparently) ordered right before the playoff game kickoff. No biggie because the pizza is WORTH THE WAIT! I friggin’ love Jet’s deep dish pizza. I usually get extra sauce and pepperoni, and it always hits the spot! The crust is always perfectly golden with a slight crunch. Definitely recommend!
