Probably the worst Jersey mike sandwich I ever had, made poorly, all the meat shoved in one side, no mayonnaise when the order ingredients clearly say it, rotten looking tomatoes. It was 2 young kids working, a girl and a boy.

This is the second time in three days that I’ve stopped here for a sandwich. Actually it’s several sandwiches for myself and my family. Their food is excellent, and their service is great.

I ordered the #13 sandwich, and it was the best Italian sub I’ve ever had!!

Jersey Mike’s has been a staple for years. Started noticing a decline all around at my usual stops; skimping on meat, lackluster employees, dirty eating area, dirty and poorly maintained restrooms. I had almost relegated myself to settling for Subway. Stopped into this location on a detour from my regular route, having read positive reviews. Been here multiple times now, and found it to be consistently like my old favorites. Good portions, clean, and the employees are terrific. Worth the extra time and fuel to drive out of my way to get here. Haymarket and South Riding should take a few notes.

I was at a Nationals game the night before. A lot of people had Italian subs. I did not. On our way home I was still hungry for one. I was not disappointed. It was fresh, tasty, and perfect. Nice help from behind the counter. It was pleasantly busy so it tells me this location is doing it right.

I visited Jersey Mikes in Gainesville Va. on Oct. 10 about 6:40 pm. I had been there a few years ago but swore I would never go back. I needed a quick bite so I gave it a try. I ordered a club sub on white. I head the young man say it was their last loaf of white. That should have told me something. I paid and went home . My first bite I knew I shouldn’t have tried it again. The sub role was hard as a rock. Definitely old. When I did bite down hard the role just crumbled. I was so mad I wanted to take it back. I live less than a mile but will never go there again. In addition I will spread the word in my local community. This place will not make it if it continues to serve stale food.

Really like Jersey Mike’s Subs, but their potatoes chip selection is not the best. I really like Miss Vicki’s Sea Salt Chips, but they only have Barbecue Chips in that selected brand. Then Lay’s Potato Chips. That’s it. Otherwise, I recommended them!

If I could give zero stars I would! This is by far the worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Worst customer service (unlike most where the team members are welcoming, friendly, and respectful), and horrible quality of food! The guy making the sandwiches looked like he hated his life and it was apparent that the last thing he wanted to do was work. Grabbed the oldest bread- it was so old it was crumbling and hard as a rock, acted like a burden to fix his mistakes. Left and went to the one in Manassas where the service is outstanding! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!

Best sub shop by far. Freshly cut meats, large portions, and their red wine vinegar/oil mix is to die for!! Only started going recently, but I am addicted now.

Sandwiches are good but today, along with my sandwich, another gentlemans sandwich had a hair in it. Like, IN the sanwich. The people behind the counter wore gloves, but no hair nets. Really gross and plain unsanitary.
