First visit. The food was VERY good. Absolutely puts other similar places to shame, like the one that rhymes with Randa Mcspress. The firecracker shrimp was fresh, cooked right and tender, and the sauce was really tasty. The fried rice was soft and cooked right, and the fresh vegetables were very flavorful. The dropped star is for the staff. They very clearly do not possess any customer service skills and reminded me of teens with attitudes. They were visibly inconvenienced by having a customer walk in and disturb their break 30 minutes after they opened. Will be back for the food, but only tolerate the employees. A smile would have gone a long way.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not go there unless you want to be disappointed. First, the lady at the drive-thru was extremely rude she gave me an attitude when I was ordering. That right there is a red flag after I pulled up to the windows I could hear what she was saying about the drive thru customers that were behind me through the glass! There was a car behind me that person was trying to order their food and I noticed the cashier would mute her mic to talked bad about the people behind. It did take awhile to get the food. The person behind me went inside to pay but only to come out empty handed and left the establishment as they were returning to the car the cashier said some vulgar words directed to the customer. I was baffled that the cashier would say something like that while another customer was present. Second, the food was absolutely horrendous! Everything was overcooked from the rice to the veggies! The veggie were literally mushed once you bite it. It had NO flavor whatsoever!! It gave me a horrible upset stomach. I should have trusted the reviews and not gone but I wanted to give the place a chance to redeem itself, never again. Trust a random stranger on the review page and save yourself the money and time DON’T GO instead go to the hibachi place on Firetower.

I’ve tried the drive thru twice. The white girl at the drive thru with the glasses makes it horrible to go there. She has a attitude like she doesn’t want to be there! When I go in and the other girl help me, they are nice. Even the cook is nice! Very helpful. The white girl with the glasses is apparently the Manager! Well, looking at these reviews, she’s costing them customers cause I left this time. You can’t catch a tude with me and still get my money. I don’t even want it no more! You sending bad energy to my food and I’m not consuming that! I really like this place but she makes me not want to go back! Need a new Manager ASAP!!! UP until today, I would’ve gave this a 5 Star.

This is an amazing idea! This place has a drive thru and you can eat inside. This was my first visit. I went after work so it was around 520pm or so. There were probably 5 cars in front of me but the line moved quicker than expected. I ordered hibachi vegetables but NO MUSHROOMS as I am allergic to them. The lady that took my order was very nice and polite. Yes mam.. no mushrooms. Much to my surprise, the line continued to move quick and I paid for my food and was on my way home. I live about 45 mins away from where I work. The food smelled delicious! Couldn’t wait to get home to enjoy it. Much to my surprise, after eating half of the dinner I found a mushroom… I thought… that sneaky mushroom. As I took another bite, I actually BIT into a mushroom. Ok.. so now I look at my food… the last half of my veggies covered up about 1/3 cup of mushrooms. . Again I will tell you that I am allergic to mushrooms. (Break out in hives and itch like crazy) so .. by now I begin to itch.. and then come the hives.. my arms.. back.. head .. hands… it was NOT a fun way to end my day. It’s a good thing that they don’t make my throat swell. The food was delicious! Just make sure to look at your food closely if you are allergic like I am. Haven’t decided whether or not to try again… but I will make sure I check the food before leaving the parking lot.
