I take the time to do the survey and have been offered so much free food for having the McDonald’s App. I have had mistakes in the past but remember we are all humans and they tried their best to solve every problem to the best of their abilities. I have seen a lot of the behind the scenes . If you’re patient they will help resolve any problems. The environment is passive and I love taking my kids to their indoor playground to stay nice and cool

Someone lied on their job application. Asked for no onions, confirmed no onions twice. Order still came with onions. What a surprise? This individual is possibly under qualified to work at McDonald’s. Will not be returning. As I read the reviews at this location I noticed this is an ongoing matter. Please do something about this.

I asked for the happy meal with 4 nuggets and received a plain cheese on the box instead of nuggets. When I went back to complain these ratchet crusty young ladies were just laughing instead of apologizing and fixing it. Only because one of the guy managers knew me he gave me something for free but the other ladies had behavior unacceptable and very bad service.if y’all wanna have so much fun and doing these kinds of pranks go work as comedians or at a circus

I hate this location so much, but it’s the only location on the way home. What’s the point of ordering ahead if everybody through the drive thru will get served before you no matter what. There were other cars in curbside getting their orders before me, even having arrived after I did. 22 minutes waiting for an order that was supposed to take between 2-5 minutes. I called at the 10 minute mark and was told, “oh its because we have a big rush, I get that but that’s the point t of ordering ahead in the app to avoid the wait, they made me wait another 12 minutes and still didn’t get the order right.

This McDonald’s is probably the worst ive ever gone to, you cant get your food out of the window like other McDonald’s, instead you have to park your and wait. The wait was SO long. I understand that they work hard, but the wait was ridiculous. Just for some chicken nuggets? No thanks.

This was my first time to this McDonald’s. The restaurant was very clean and the food was good. I was surprised that I was the only customer choosing to dine in. During my 35 min in the store maybe about 14 customers came in to pick up pre orders or order and leave. Also, there were quite a few cars going thru the drive thru. I guess the pandemic has had a big impact on people’s dining habits. I still prefer to dine in, but found out not too many people favor it any mode. 🙁

The WORST McDonald’s in El Paso!!!! The employees are horrable, the service aswell!!! Today I placed a mobile order, when I arrive theirs were no parking slot avaliable where they had everyone watiing for orders. I drive up thru the drive thru and I give them my code, and they tell me to pull to the window. When I pull up they asked me to repeat my order, and some how my order was lost. Which I don’t understand how is it was a online order. After 15 min of waiting, I finally recive my order with cold, and old fries and in the kids meal literally the frie box was empty. I told the lady that takes the order to the cars, and she told me am very sorry ma’am am the only one working. The workers inside were all young and stupid, laughing and joking around makinh everybody wait.

Absolutely the slowest McDonald’s, ordered on app, they take over 30 minutes to get me the food. Go to the location if you want to lose half your lunch break, get the food cold, and drinks underpoured to to where a “large” is 3/4th filled. Not like the managers or supervisors even mind about customer service because they have and do act rude to customers at the drive thru window.
