The food is always fresh and tasty. It seems like they have a new manager every time i visit and I have yet to see happy employees. Their customer connections are plain if there at all. No smiles or friendliness as if they are not getting paid enough or not coached into creating a customer friendly atmosphere. I think Church’s goes through employees like they cook chicken and they are unhappy because they aren’t ready to fill the roles they are forced to fill for the same reason.. someone has to do it so they promote people who have not been there long enough to learn the role so they are just plain unhappy and that reflects and rubs off on the rest of the team. This location is very clean 9/10 times but is also rarely occupied by customers. Most of the business is either carry out or drive thru. Sorry

The chicken was flavorless and when I got home the lemonade had been opened. I called the stores number and no one ever answered the phone. I tried to do the survey and it would not let me saying I had completed it already. What a waste of money!

Incompetent. They’re unable to fill orders correctly. It says a lot about management at this location that they can’t make sure the employees fill the orders correctly. It had been awhile since I had been to this location. I usually go to the one next to Little Caesars because they rarely mess up the order plus they’re friendlier.

It was six a clock and everything was off. The speaker of the drive thru didn’t work. they never have chicken ready and they said there was a 15 min waiting to which we agree and we end up waiting and hour. Worst customer service and rude never going back

Just picked up an order kid at the window was poorly trained or just did not care. Asked for fresh chicken at drive thru got very dry old chicken. Forgot to give me one of my drinks. Ordered a 5piece tender got less Than half cup of gravy. Try to google their phone number and of the 3 church’s in weslaco Texas that one dies not have a phone number listed. One by Walmart supercenter. I love their chicken but they don’t love thier customers. Do better Church’s

Night crew is grossly incompetent. Had to wait 10 minutes to even order at the speaker only to have to repeat my order at the window. Didn’t even get the mashed potatoes that came with both meals. What a disappointing franchise.
