Service was great, food was great, but……..next time, I guess I should check the boxes for leaks before I put it on the leather seats in my truck. I’m furious right now! Somebody there KNEW this box went out the door like this. Guess that’s what I get for trusting that an employee did their job and me not double-checking. I ordered the new garlic stuffed crust pizza with hamburger and mushrooms. There was no garlic flavor, it had way too much sauce. Barely had any hamburger and the manager won’t do anything about it. I won’t be ordering from this Papa John’s anymore.

I order here quite often and the employee with the beard (I assume he’s the manager) always remembers my name and is extremely friendly. The guy in front of me had to wait a few more minutes on his order and the worker told him he’d bring it out to his car for him.

Do not buy the stuffed crust pizza! It is absolute trash! The majority of the pizza is the crust, the “stuffed crust” had very little cheese in it and had more air than cheese. Then the actually part of the pizza is paper thin! If I would have known all of this I would have just ordered a normal pizza!

Ordered a pizza for delivery, paid over the phone. Waited almost an hour no one delivered or called. We called to check on the status only to be told they didn’t have a delivery person so the order had been cancelled. No one bothered to call me and tell me so that I could have called another pizza place before they closed. In addition, they charged my credit card TWICE for an order I did not receive! We placed the order at the 2835 NE Vivion RD, Kansas City location.
