We have been looking for good BBQ in south Florida and Bear Bones did not disappoint. They have great BBQ with a slight Caribbean twist (a little heat and some jerk options). Between my wife and I, we had the jerk chicken, jerk pork, brisket, and baby back ribs. All were phenomenal and the brisket was so moist. For sides we had Mac n cheese, collard greens, rice and peas, and pork beans. Also all very good, but that Mac n cheese hits just right. Highly recommend and especially if you’re not afraid of a little heat ️. Worth the price for the amount you get.

The Brisket combo dinner is just delicious.!!! The best in town, for me!! The mac & cheese & potato salad & beans yum!! We have been to the other family style bbq places and this place has been better by far! Its a hole in the wall but you can’t judge a book by its cover! Its just Yum!

The brisket is very tender and flavorful. We love how the barbecue sauce isn’t too sugary and thick like most places. The mac n cheese is creamy and you can tell they use a blend of cheeses. The coleslaw is amazing!! The cornbread is fluffy and comes with an apple cinnamon maple syrup that is to die for. My sister and I tried it for the first time today and we can confidently say we WILL be back. This is a family owned business that prides itself in quality. Thanks so much!

The food was absolutely delicious and fresh! I got the beef short rib combo with 2 sides. The potato salad pleasantly surprised me. It was homemade and tasted like my family’s recipe. The grilled veggies were simple, yummy and crisp. I got the apple cornbread which was also yummy, and not too sweet. The best part of all is that none of the food was salty. I can’t wait to eat there again!

WOW! Brisket and Baby back ribs w/collards and mac-n-cheese. The food was presented beautifully. The ribs have a wonderful flavor that fell off the bone. The brisket was moist and juicy with not too much fat. The best mac-n-cheese EVER! The collards were exceptional. Bonus: I ordered a half pound of jerk chicken to test the authenticity of the dish.
