So I walked in to this little Caesars last week as a Dasher and had a little bit of a problem with it and these guys fix me up no problem and street is my confusion with my dashing so later today I came back in to just feed myself and my girlfriend at the time, and this man actually knows what he’s doing The store is absolutely clean the manager I want to say is just friendly makes us laugh every time we come in here it’s just like it feels like you walk into your own home.

I ordered delivery 11/2/2022 and they forgot the drink. I called customer service number to get a refund. It’s now 11/15/2022 no refund. The pizza was only okay. I think if it was hot it would’ve been better. It was delivered in a timely manner and it was a custom pizza so it definitely should’ve been hot considering I live less than a mile away.

The pizza is usually good here when its fresh but I have gotten pie here on multiple occasions that seems like its sat under the warmer all day tho. I got pie here once that was so old I immediately threw it out. Also they never answer their phone. I’m pretty sure they have it of the hook as it rings to a busy signal. I try to call them every time I order and no luck. How can a pizza joint not answer their phone? Needs new management I think. This could be a 5 star place so easily otherwise because when the food is fresh its really good. Kudos to the guys at the back of the house making the food you guys get 5 stars. Front of the house and management tho gets 1 or 0.

Workers chilling outside while no pizzas are ready! Completely rude when she come to the window! Told her we wanted two pizzas she was so rude and says there not ready. So we say ok we still want them she then gets mad that we want to order. Don’t waste your time at this location just go on over to Mauldin & get treated right!

Worst experience in a Little Caesars store. I asked for one most bestest over the to go window. They told me it would be 8 minutes, I told them that I’ll be waiting at the front door. After about 12 minutes I went into the store to find out that the pizza was not even started. They told me that it would take at least 15 to 20 more minutes and if I wanted a refund?? Wow!!

This location is terrible I have a shop near here we’ve tried to call them and Order four different occasions in the evening. They never answer the phone when you call no matter how many times you call it to order your food before you get there. The other night I went they didn’t answer the phone the whole time I was driving there when I get there there’s not one customer inside or drive-thru I order my food and had to pull around to the front. It’s so aggravating I really do like the crazy bread but I’d rather just go to Papa John’s up the street so they can have my food ready for me when I get there. Nobody wants to sit and wait for you to cook their food after they’ve been working all day. Just because you don’t want to answer the phone. Maybe the owner of this location should watch tha cameras or call the store their self in the evening. I’m only writing this because it continues to happen and other people I know call them and the same thing happens to them.

We walked in at 5:25 to pick up a hot & ready pizza. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to come take our order. I told her what we wanted, she got an attitude and said “We don’t have any ready, I’ll have to make it”. I told her that was alright and when I added cheesy bread, she stormed off and said she was outta there! We waited ten more minutes, and after talking to this lady who said she started out in the drive-thru and was told to wait out front for someone to bring it and she finally had to come in and had been waiting 20 minutes we decided to go elsewhere. Worst place in Greenville!

Saw the worker from inside not use gloves to make a order. Spread cheese on a pizza bare handed! Super slow wait. Nothing is ever ready when you pull up, everything has to be made to order. Will never be back. Not hot and ready
