Ok so my husband and I love a good big fully loaded baked potato, and it’s been a long time since I had a good potato, so I heard about this place, and I was not disappointed!! Now they’re good but the only thing I would like to see is a bigger variety of different spuds, I had to create my own which was basically a chicken bacon ranch spud wit bbq sauce comes wit shredded cheese, chicken, bacon, ranch and bbq sauce. Now the chicken was a bit cold because it’s the same chicken they use for salads, which is fine. But would rather chicken for spuds be hot and the chicken for salads be cold. And would love to have melted butter drizzled on spuds. Other than that my bake potato was amazing. Thank you Joseu!

I came to the store today and was greeted by a lovely young man named Isaiah, he gave amazing customer service, and he made a lovely Chili Cheese Spud I wish I took a photo but I had to throw it away cause a bite or two in I had a very distinct taste of mold. I brought it up to him, and he apologized and made me a new one. But that too had a taste of mold. I give one star for amazing service, and one for looks, but no more. Having mold in your potatoes isn’t good for business. He told me that his boss told him that he wasn’t allowed to get rid of the rotten food cause they get a refund for any bad potatoes. I wish someone gets a health inspector in there and find out why they have bad food. Coming from the food industry myself, they need better management, and need to work on food safety, health safety, and need to have a good date sheet. I don’t know what they use but they need to amp up their food quality and not have any MOLD in their restaurant, especially for their main food item. I hope you all fix that problem, I’ll be back later to see if I don’t get any rotten food.

This place is so ! Been craving it since I had it a couple weeks ago! . Couldn’t understand how there were bad reviews. I had to go look and it seems like some trolls, like grow up! Prices are reasonable can only imagine how much that mall charges for the space . Prices of everything are going up sadly ! It’s life . The mold thing is just hard to believe like I didn’t even know mold had a taste but ♀️.

So glad I made the short walk to get here, this place was everything I didn’t know I needed. Best baked potato in town, can’t wait to come back and try more. Customer service was phenomenal, food was quick and atmosphere was great, given it was in the mall. 11/10 will definitely be back soon
