Good place with some creative menu items…such as a frozen painkiller – which is an adult slushie. The only complaints we has were that the service was too fast and the brisket was unremarkable. The chips/salsa, shrimp quesadilla, and salmon were good.

The atmosphere was very promising. Location and appearance was vibrant. Drinks were good and even the initial service was ok. Despite it being a slow Tuesday night the bartenders seemed to be more preoccupied amongst themselves than serving the customers. The food was something that I cannot explain. How does one mess up a simple dish like shrimp fajitas or steak fajitas? The rice was inedible because it was so dry. The shrimp from the fajitas was so dry and crusted with this super spicy rub that it barely resembled shrimp in appearance or taste. The experience left a bad taste and I doubt I would ever return. Too bad because I wanted to like it. It is very close to a friend’s house whom I visit frequently…

For brunch, the chicken colorado bowl was very good. The beans were creamy, the chicken was flavourful and the slaw on the too had the right acidity and spiciness to balance the dish. Great service as well!
