If I could rate their food and service, no stars, I would! Ordered 2 spicy chicken wraps and 2 original and a coke. The wraps only had a small strip of chicken on them and they were very messy! First time I’ve had BK breakfast in a while. It will probably be the last. It was extremely hot. Had that fresh out of the microwave feel. The hash browns were bitter and had that old grease taste. The croissant looked like it had been sat on. It was not fluffy and appetizing. The burrito was not bad, but it was still 1200 degrees. I threw away 2/3 of it in the Sheetz trash can.

Well me and my girlfriend went to eat a meal we got there and couldn’t find a place to sit down because all the tables were filthy with food and garbage I stood there for a little bit and no one came to clean it up so I did it myself all they wanted to do is play with the clerks baby that was brought in by her mom and family. I was really disappointed ( kids playing) and not doing their jobs.

I ordered my food went to pay for it and asked about my order because I thought the amount was to low. The girl working said it was right and they had everything. A few minutes later she hands me a bag and says have a nice night. I said what about my drinks with my 2 meals? She looked confused and asked to see my receipt. I offered to pay for the meals they didn’t charge me for but the manager said we under paid but the guy behind us had over paid so it was OK. When I looked in the bag the food still not what I ordered and was burnt and the fries was cold. Not planning on going back anytime soon

Went through today to get an impossible whopper. I get my toppings on the side so the burger doesn’t get soggy on my drive home. I was clear when I ordered that’s what I would like. Get my order at the second window from the General Manager and it was incorrect. I nicely let him know how I had ordered my food. He said nothing and took the bag back. When he returned to the window he handed my order to me thrown in the bag loosely and again didn’t say a word. In fact he acted put out. Not a thank you, or sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. The food was good as usual but the attitude of the General Manager left a bad taste in my mouth. So the staff recovered well and everyone makes mistakes but poor management is my take from this experience.
