We’ve been going to this location for some time, the folks working are usually friendly and upbeat. My issue is the cups and lids that are being used. It seems like they’re using cheaper lids and cups. The cups seem to be wrapped in a Dunkin logo the lids don’t fit right and they are thin. My friggin hands, and car and desk are covered in coffee. Lame.

My mother and I were in the drive thru and they were rude and pretty much rushing us out. We got our drinks and they didn’t seem to wipe them off and was over flowing. I will never go here again. They need a nicer team.

Yo, this place is nuts. I wish this would let me post a video. You not only have staff incredibly unfriendly to customers, but these guys even hate each other. Currently watched a manager from the front door yell and curse at an employee that was sitting at the picnic table. Behind the counter all you hear is chaos and confusion. Seems their communication with each other needs major help. Who runs this circus? All I can say is this place is bonkers. The only reason I’ll be back is to watch and listen to the free comedy show.

I see that Dunkin donuts doesn’t care for integrity or character and they clearly do not check backgrounds or references.I have been going to this Dunkin donuts for a while due to horrendous treatment from a nasty blonde employee the Hudson Dunkin, went through their drive thru this morning and see they hired the same TRASHY little rat that worked nightshift at the Dunkin in hudson, if you don’t know what she did or how she treats people please feel free so see my review on the hudson store. Hope she makes ya’ll look foolish, it’s exactly what you get for not checking references. Garbage company.

If I could give a ZERO I would… Pull up to drive-thru at 835… No answer… Pull up to window the person came over locked the window and walked away… So of course I went to door to make sure that the hours were 9pm… Took a picture… 2 people inside… Everything LOCKED up.. NOT 9pm… Still had at least 20 min by this time… Plus they have a hard time getting orders right which is why I truly almost never go there! Don’t put 9pm as closing time if it’s really 830

There is always a problem going here. The employees at this location need attitude adjustments. Getting coffee should be the simplest part of your day but with this DD it’s not. A small plain coffee shouldn’t take 20 minutes and come with a side of hate. just go to Wawa next door or find another location. Not to mention i ended up with a cup of milk.

Went through the drive-through spent $12.08 in the parking lot came in to wash my hands and use the bathroom and was told I was not allowed to. That I had to be a paying customer had to walk out to my vehicle get my receipt walk back in and prove to them that I just came through the drive-through.
