My God, Stay away from this place… the Pan Pizza used to be soooo good now its nothing more than a hand tossed dominos clone! The pizza tasted horrid … really the ingredients beef, sausage and mushrooms were tasteless, the crust was under cooked and I dont know about you guys but a “Pan Pizza” used to be 100% goodness but this experience was just bad save your money and go with a local place …. all of these chains are terrible these days

I ordered 2 large pizzas and pd. about $29 when I requested for at least 2 parmesan cheese clerk gave me only one .She said another one would cost me Pizzas were good but at least expected 2 cheese instead of only one which was very disappointed to me .

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have eve been to . It’s filthy and I watched the cook take a payment and touch his face and continue to make pizza. Never wash his hands. I’ve been in food service for years and I know it requires cleanliness and some food safety classes. Please teach your employees to be aware of what they do and personal hygiene is very important as well. The only reason I took the pizza is because a nice lady order them for a party and I had to pick them up. They were supposed to be ready at 22:30 and they were not. She spent over a hundred some odd dollars and still had to wait

Don’t get delivery. Took over a hour , fifteen minutes, barely baked bottom. Usually order dominos. Should of ordered Dominos. I recommend getting Dominos instead

The worst Pizza Hut in DFW!!!!!!!!!! Was supposed to get a 24 piece in two different flavors and received 12. Wings were dry and dead looking and I didnt even receive not one ranch! Plus there was no pizza in the box! Highly disappointed!!!!!!!!! Me and these ugly wings are sitting here on the couch watching the super bowl because I refuse to eat it

Apparently they have started using DoorDash for delivery. Therefore my order was placed at 2:36 pm online and I didn’t receive it until 3:56 pm. If I would’ve know this I would’ve saved my self the delivery fee and have gotten my food sooner. Also delivery person (Jaliyah) was rude when dropping order off. Called multiple times to ask about my order since we werent even sure it was comming but no response at the store.

This is supposedly a medium veggie pan pizza with extra cheese and extra mushrooms. Totally not worth $18 plus I tipped $20 for the holidays. I’ve been calling for 7 straight days and no one answers the phone in the store, only picks up line then hangs up. Call center is no help. Eat at your locally owned pizza shop! Better service for your money.
