I’ll start with I am a Giordanos pizza guy. It is my go to when I’m in Chicago. To me, Pizza Ed is a lot like Lou Malnati’s. With all that out of the way, The Cubby Chicago Deep Dish Pizza that I got her was surprisingly good. In Hartselle of all places. This was my first time dining here. My dining experience started out a little rough. The hostess dropped the menu at the stand and I got thought that she would take it back. Nope, I carried it to my booth. I ordered my drink of sweet tea and got unsweet tea. I sat there for a while until my waitress brought me another cup and it was sweet tea. I thanked her because the other was unsweet. Back to the pizza. Again, I was surprised. It was great alternative to driving to Chicago. I really recommend and hope that your dining experience doesn’t have a bump in the road like mine.

Absolutely one of the best places I have EVER been to. The pizza is Amazing!! We had the thin crust Chicago Tavern style. Perfectly crispy. Sauce is sweet, meat is tender and flavorful, cheese isn’t overpowering. Will certainly come here on many more occasions!! Worth every penny!!

Pizza Ed has a delicious pizza. The crust has the perfect crunch. The supreme pizza had the best combination of toppings… not too much and not too little. Service was quick. We make a 30 minute trip just for their pizza….yum!

Simply fantastic food and service. There’s a decent selection of beer, the thin Chicago pizza is amazing, deep fried ravioli was tasty, and the waitress was top notch. Seriously my new favorite pizza place and will be returning again soon.

Best pizza around!! The spinach and artichoke dip was delicious! We got the Chicago style stuffed crust pizza and it was so so good!! The pizzas are a little pricey, but so worth it if you want great pizza.

Quality sauce, quality dough, and quality ingredients make for an amazing Chicago deep dish and NY style pizza! The crunch and yeasty flavor of the Chicago are to die for and the wonderful chew of the NY is perfect. This is fantastic pizza!
