Among the fried chicken chain restaurants, church is on the top of my list. This store does not make me change my mind a bit. The fried chicken was tender and succulent. Eating in store was a much better experience than taking out. The shrimps and the chicken tenders were good but not as impressive as the fried chicken though.

Rude drive thru employees won’t let you finish what you order. They close the window on you when you’re still talking and roll their eyes when you ask for condiments. Don’t waste your money there. If you hate your job so much quit.

Floors always got more food down there than the meals. Take out or drive through. They’re always hiring and never the same people working that don’t know the menu. For years I ask to add chili and I always get the same answer, “It comes with the food.” No it doesn’t so charge me for it so I can have some pickled jalapenos. Otherwise, chicken is as expected and good but don’t ask any questions because it’ll just confuse them and make bigger mistakes with the order. I’ll mention again that I’ve been eating there for 13 years and never was able to get chili with the order.

Customer service at this locations is absolutely TERRIBLE. Drive thru employee couldn’t get our order right over the drive three speaker, so just stopped responding. We pulled up at the window and our order was STILL incorrect. While we were trying to correct it at the window she slammed the window and walked off. We parked and went into a dirty dinning area, where dipping sauces were removed from our bags after them being pushed at us over the counter. In an attempt to tell the manager her drive thru employee was rude and slammed the door she stated ‘she didn’t see her slam the window’ and walked off. I was ignored after by the employee at the counter when asking the managers name, when she came I asked her her name. Karen is as disrespectful as her employees. This happens everytime I go to this location. I won’t spend another time and it’s only because of the miserable staff they have working there.

Horrible, employee offered special, ordered shrimp 8pc meal, pulled to drive thru was told they didn’t have any… Why offer?? Other vehicles pulled in behind me asked for menu and employee rolled eyes at me like it was too much to ask… Proceeded to order #2 – 3 piece meal… Got back to work to open box and it was only a 2 piece meal… Didn’t get a receipt to see what was put on the ticket to even bring back… Bad service.. bad attitude.. I would rather spend my money elsewhere from now on… If I could give 1/2 star I would have.

Food was good. Drive through girl was very rude and snotty. I had to take a minute to find my wallet and she seemed to get very annoyed. I then apologized and handed her my money,she grabbed it and shut the window. Then opend it and practically shoved my change at me. I turned to put change in my purse and she was holding the food out on one finger and said have a good day and rolled her eyes. Her bad attitude went along with her bad service. Please please find people to at least give decent customer service. It makes everyone look bad on the team….not to mention, we got crumbled biscuits. Winslow church’s, come on ,I know your better than that. This girl needs to be replaced if she cant do her job.

Awesome, crispy fried chicken! I used to live in Texas and they were everywhere. I never expected to find one in Winslow Az. They were as tasty as I remember! Staff was friendly and the food was piping hot and cooked to order.
