This is one of the most amazing restaurants I’ve ever visited in my life. Not only is the food fresh – local and terrific, the service is great but the entertainment is out of this world. If you enjoy listening to live music performed by the owners that interact with their guests you are in for a treat. There is a pianist playing songs such as fi my way with Sinatra if you enjoy that type of entertainment. My mother in law had her 83rd birthday and not only did every guest sing for her, the owners did a special performance for her (and everyone else ) right next to her ( you are the one I think the song was called). She was so happy she cried! She also got to dance to two songs impromptu ( its not really a dance place) with the love of her life – my dad! Thank you so much for giving her an unforgettable birthday!

Wonderful family friendly experience! Our dinners were fantastic, portions and prices were reasonable, the homemade desserts were decadent… These alone would be reason enough to return, but there is so much more! Live music (WW tunes), humor and Caberet (Todd). What a wonderful entertainer Todd is with his beautiful singing voice and fun sense of humor. I found it astounding how he sings while he serves. He ran circles around everyone.

Stopped at Blue Dog on the way home from a long vacation, didn’t know what to expect when pulling off the highway to eat there at all. It was a unique little restaurant with very interesting music/performing arts memorabilia as decoration all along the walls. Our waitress ,Miss Beth I believe, was nothing short of amazing. She made us feel right at home and offered her opinion on what she liked on the menu when we were indecisive. All in all the meal was great, food fantastic, and service was on point. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 was the live music was a tad too loud at points, it was enjoyable but sometimes distracting and hard to even hear my girlfriend a foot across the table.

Best entertainment ever. As good as Broadway. Good variety on menu and prices reasonable given the awesome band and singers. We had mom’s 85th birthday celebration there and the staff was wonderful. She and her friends just loved WWTunes and the diversity of songs they did impeccably.

Very unique place. Pretty good food and the show was great! We saw the Christmas one. For 3-4 hours we felt like we were in the “big city” rather than Eastern Shore. Fun!

I love this restaurant! Great food and great entertainment. What more could you ask for? You have a singing waiter (showtunes), a pianist with flair, and a host with that helps with harmonies while the restaurant provides an excellent meal with healthy and gluten free choices on the menu.

We really enjoyed our meal at the blue dog. The atmosphere was delightful with a family band, that was very good, playing while we were there. We had the crab cakes and Parmesan chicken for dinner and the lemon cake and blueberry torte for dessert. I highly reccommend getting a dessert to go if you don’t have room because they are of the best i’ve Had anywhere. Everything was done well and reasonably priced. Weather permitting have a stroll outside in their beautiful garden

A very unique place of great music and very good food. We did the Friday night show with the WW2 band, but the cafe also has other special performances. Really fun. Destination worthy.

We enjoyed Blue Dog Cafe. The food was great. There was a live WWII band. The music was a nice addition to our dinner experience. The waitress was very pleasant. We will go again when we visit the area.
