Dont come here unless you have an Hour! Ordered inside and Waited inside over 30 min for 2 whoppers while they waited on everyone in the driving through! 6 employees just standing around. Get it together burger King! The guy that took my order with the glasses asked me 5 times if I ordered in the drive-through…. You took my order dummy! Pay attention. How can I call the GM when someone removed the last number?? Burger King is definitely going downhill on the service at all locations. The only employee with any intelligence there was the young lady at the drive-through window! Give her a raise for having to work with idiots!

RUDE RUDE RUDE. Can’t say it enough, rude! We pulled in at 10:28 behind 2 cars. We got to the window to order at 10:30 and were told to wait. When the person finally came in they told us we couldn’t order breakfast, that it was lunch. When we told her we were in line, she said “no you wudnt!” Nice English btw. We finally got someone pleasant that took our order. It is now 10:42 and they JUST gave us our order. Wow! 14 minutes felt like a lifetime.

I put in an order at 7:55AM on the BK App. I arrived at 8:05AM, the lot was empty and I already knew it might be closed. I tried opening the door and it was locked. I looked at the sign on the door and the time for opened hours stated the dining area and drive through should be opened at 7AM, a man standing by the burger king looked at me and my Lyft driver and shook his finger to let us know it was closed. We then tried the drive thru and someone responded with “Hello”. I stated I had made an order and then sat for a moment and there was no response. We went to the window and waited by it for a moment and then the next door and the. We drove by the back door and the man that told us it was closed said it would be open around 11 or noon. The Manager’s phone number was incomplete, so I could not contact him and I tried calling customer service and I was greeted by a message that basically stated I should file my concerns/complaint online. My Lyft driver was nice enough to take me to Wawa’s before dropping me off at my final destination jfk north hospital. I am truly disappointed by this experience and requested BK refund me not only for the order, but also my Lyft ride and Wawa purchase in. Place of the BK order. This isn’t just the case for this Burger King, I’ve experienced this unprofessionalism at other Burger Kings…this would have never happened at McDonald’s or any other fastfood joint. Sadly, I actually like Burger King better than McDonald’s…so for them to do this to loyal customers is really saddening and I wouldn’t be surprised if BK went into bankruptcy in the near future.

Had to wait 20 min in the drive through for an incompetent young man to be working the window. The wait was mostly due to no onion rings ready, which is fine but then they were “out” of zesty sauce. It would be my assumption that this young man was just too lazy to go get any by his attitude. Not sure why people have stopped providing costumer service.

Not a bad location. They try pretty hard when it comes to keeping the place looking nice. Counter service was slow largely because the emphasis was on the drive thru. Other than that a pretty good experience. Men’s room was smelly, tho

This Burger King on 45th st. and 95 is GHETTO. Sitting in line in the drive through for 20 minutes , with NO LINE. On the speaker outside you hear people playing in the back ground…. Smh I will not go back to this Burger King ever !!

My niece ordered a whopper junior no tomatoes & they put tomatoes on her burger, thank goodness this 9 year old checked before she bit into the burger or she would be in the hospital today! I’ll never go back there, we also waited for 20mins to get our orders!
