As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went in to pick up lunch brunch for me and my husband and he got the biggie bag and I specifically said no tomatoes and no onions. There was tomatoes and onions on his burger. He had to take them off and on my fried chicken sandwich I told them no onions they put onions on it. I’ve tried to call several times to let them fix it or rectify the situation and there’s no answer. And the chicken is burnt. It’s hard you can’t even eat it.

My experience at Checkers on the night of May 27th was absolutely horrible! I ordered my food, drove around to the pickup counter, and waited for my order to be prepared. It was prepared in about 5 minutes and I saw them put it on the counter. However, no one handed me my food!. The young lady employee went about preparing other meals in the background and totally ignored me. Finally, after about 10 min, she came to the window and acted surprised when I did not have my food. I told her she never gave it to me, and then she handed it to me and had an attitude about it. It is clear that she does not care about doing a good job, nor does she have any pride in the job that she is doing. She should be fired! She is an example of what is wrong with some of the young people in America…
