Employees and food are great, but this location is consistently understaffed, resulting in orders being canceled or taking two hours to be delivered on a Wednesday night because they don’t have drivers. Do better, Dominos. If you can’t find drivers, you aren’t paying people enough. Trash company not taking care of people.

Rude, customer service sucks, even from the “GM” (who knows if he is even a GM) I order from Dominos a lot and this is the only location I have issues with. Making excuses and sending whatever just because your busy is unacceptable. If you are out of something, you, the GM, don’t get to just pick something to send because you didnt want to take a moment and call the customer… unacceptable….Being rude just because your busy is unacceptable. Hanging up in someone’s face at any time is unacceptable. Do better.

So, I ordered one pizza from there and live less than 5 minutes away. Two hours later and the pizza still hadn’t arrived yet. On the tracker it said “Quality Check” and had been in that status for nearly an hour and a half. I called once and they said the driver had just left the store with my order…an hour later and it still hadn’t arrived. I called and finally canceled the order and placed one through Papa John’s. I will absolutely NEVER order through Domino’s again!

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered at 4:45pm. At 4:48 I got a call from dominos telling me their driver hasn’t returned yet and my order would be delivered by 5:30 to 6:00. I had no problem with that, and I thanked them for calling to let me know. By 6:30 it still wasn’t delivered, and I tried calling to cancel my order. I got a voice recording that said my delivery was already completed (which was not true), so I couldn’t even get anyone on the phone. At 10 to 7 it finally arrived cold. When we called to demand a refund, the manager was very unprofessional and rude, and then took our information off their delivery roster. I’m glad they did that because we will NEVER order from dominos on Sutherland ave. ever again. This is not the first time we got terrible service from them, and they had the nerve to be so rude for being called out for it. Shame on you dominos.
