I was so happy, with this trip… I bought me a whopper jr.meal and I got in my truck and left my on the top and pulled off. When I realized it I parked and asked the wonderful lady if I could replace it and she did! no fuss , she didn’t tell me that not her fault, she just smiled super big and handed me another cup! Oh…. I consistently visit this Burger King drive thru with my SO. The service is always fast and quick. I generally never have issues with ordering and I’ve never had to “pull up”/wait for my food to come out regardless of the busy hours or not. My orders are always delivered to me quickly and generally accurately!!! My biggest complaint is that they forget my zesty sauce sometimes the onion rings aren’t the same without it, but in terms of fast food in Rome, this Burger King has to be number 1! I really appreciate the management and employees here, thanks a bunch!

I had a couple of bad experiences with mobile ordering, but decided to give them another try because I do like Burger King food. Tried them again and they got my order correct and it was fresh and hot. Friendly service. I have ordered several times more and they have done a great job. This location is so much better than earlier in the year. I am back to enjoying Burger King!!

It was terrible we waited for a long time to get our order taken they was short handed the manager was running drive thru and counter he tended to the drive thru first until it was done then he came finally and took our order I order 6 whopper Jr 1 with extra pickell I had to open every hamburger to see which one had extra pickell and none of them had them so I don’t think I’ll b going back there and that’s a shame cause burger king is one of my favorite places to eat ,but just not on shorter ave and his whole family wife and kids came in and ate while we was there

Seriously could be the WORST bk of all time. They served me a chicken sandwhich so greasy that you could dump the wrapper out. Drinks and frys all half full. Young girl working the window was beyond rude and when I asked about drinks and frys the young boy behind the girl laughed and said I told you so. So they clearly knew it was wrong. Sad… Ill never return.
