Only negative aspect was how long everything took. However our waiter comped us lobster tacos for the wait so I can’t knock a star off due to that . Drinks were very good great balance and the alcohol was there. Food was absolutely amazing I’ve been to Wolfgang puck restaurants that couldn’t compete with this steak. sushi was perfect everything was delicious. Well worth the long wait really enjoyed our food

We made a reservation for the cocktail lounge tables on the 2nd floor, not knowing exactly what was considered the “lounge”. It so happens to be that we were seated in the bar lobby. The fact that this is even an option is beyond me. The only table that was seated among those standing waiting to be seated at their respective tables and to make matters worst…next to the elevator. There is nothing worst than being seated in a walk way with people hovering over you and your food! The restaurant should definitely reconsider this as a proper dinning option! (Photos below)

I am not the person to leave a review, however we had the most awful experience at this restaurant. We had made a reservation for the 2nd floor dining, they told me they couldn’t honor it because they had a big party but they could seat us in the sushi lounge. They said they would honor the dinner menu perfect. We get there the server doesn’t introduce herself, we ordered a white wine she brought us 2 glasses of red wine. She had no idea what anything on the menu was and overall was just very inattentive. We order our dinners a NY strip and twin filets. The NY strip was ordered medium rare, comes out completely well done. I get it mistakes happen we ask them to remake it the second time it comes out well done AGAIN. The twin filets came out 2 different temps one well done one rare ordered them medium. Not only could we not eat our dinner together, but the sides came out 10 minutes after our meal. This restaurant was very expensive and we came to spend money, but when the quality of food and service are that bad i don’t even know how you can justify charging that much. 0/10 would not recommend.

If you’re looking for a sense of urgency when it comes to dinner, this restaurant is not it. We were here for over 2 1/2 hours, the service absolutely sucked. Our waitress maybe came to our table 3 times.

This place is awesome. Food was truly impressive. The sushi was on par with high quality sushi found in a place like New York City. And the non-sushi dishes were great too. Drinks were awesome – loved the “party in your mouth” cocktail. Lastly, the vibe and views of the waterfront are top tier. Would love to come back on a sunny day and spend some time on the roof! Highly recommend Jade!

If you’re looking for good food and an amazing atmosphere, this place is a must!!! It’s a cool concept, more like 2 concepts in one with the two different levels. I had the scallop ceviche which was so cute served on shells but also so tasty with the pomegranate and orange. I also had some amazing sushi rolls and a spicy tequila cocktail that I need them to bottle and sell direct. Just yum! The DJ was fun and the energy was extremely lively and reminds me of NYC/Chicago/Miami nights. I’m excited for this place in the summer.
