Our chicken sandwiches were moist, hot and fresh – very tasty. Cant say that for the french fries – not fresh or hot unfortunately. The drive- through order mic was not working and we didn’t know this or that we were supposed to go to the 2nd window. We finally went to the window and the lady explained that there was a sign in the drive- through saying this but it had apparently blown over itself so couldn’t be read. Once at the window the lady was nice and apogetic and got our order right out.

Workers/customer service is truly lacking. Your orders are always incomplete or missing an item requested and paid for. Lack of communications, no welcoming or thank you via drive thru service personnel. Wait, wait, and wait on order, then just hang arm and bag of food out the window and instantly shut window. This will be the downfall of this location and why customers will diminish.

For my meal just this morning. The lady taking my order was very rude and tried to hurry me from the moment I got to the drive through. I was the only one so there is no reason to rush, no one else was in line. I got my food which was barely even warmed and grease dripped off one of my breakfast sandwiches to an almost disgusting amount. Got my coffee which she had an attitude when I asked for sugar. Didnt even give me a coffee stirrer. I left. Got to work opened the lid for me coffee, hard white specks are floating. I dont know if their cups aren’t clean or I’d she put so nothing in it. Either way, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I’m hoping to owners reach out after this review. They need to revamp the staff.

This location just open back up so you would think everything was fresh! Think again I bit my sandwich on lunch break about 2:30pm Jan, 31 just to bite a dry BK Stacker with steak sauce and mayo which I didn’t ask for. Not to mention the dry and cold taste of the flame broil beef patty. The bread taste as tho they left it open all day. Open my sandwich and hello string of hair. Ask for the manger to explain the issues I was having and all I can say is WOW! She told the cashier just to refund me and wave me off in the back not once apologizing, didn’t ask if they can remake a fresh sandwich, no comp or anything after this experience I don’t see them lasting in our community to much longer and can’t wait to see the doors close or new management. This was a horrible experience.

My son accidentally shut his finger in the door on the way in and was very upset when we were ordering our food. The employees noticed he was crying and offered an ice pack and a treat for him. I really appreciate the extra effort they made to make him feel better and the food was delicious thank you for a great experience
