I guess I’m cava girly now because I be here every week. I just love the flavors of my bowl. If you love Mediterranean food you should definitely give it a try. This location had everything in stock and they had sufficient staff. The only thing I didn’t like was my rice wasn’t as warm as I would like.

Food and service both were good. They have options for a bowl or pita. Pita is wrapped very lightly, which means things fall off very easily. Get a spoon or a fork. Bowl is more convenient. However, I am not sure if I would really want to go again. The food was good, but not great. It’s good for a quick lunch and they do have healthy options.

Absolutely disgusting! Thank goodness I went to go wash my hands before I ordered food. The bathroom was beyond filthy. There were dead bugs everywhere, no soap, no toilet paper or hand towels. There was urine splattered all over the floor and diarrhea splattered all over the toilet.

This was the most disgusting food establishment I have ever been to. As you can see in the picture the place was filthy. Food and trash were scattered everywhere and this wasn’t even near closing time. The staff were rude and acted like they couldn’t be bothered to do their job in any capacity. The woman with the blonde wig seemed like she was on drugs and like she would literally would rather die than be working at Cava. I hope the franchise owner sees this and makes some changes because I will never be back.

My husband and I ordered cava tonight. Our bowl was half full and we got 4 pita chips for a double order. Extremely disappointed for the price we paid for 2 bowls that are a quarter full and 4 pita chips for a double order.

I’m giving 3 stars because the food was AMAZING however the service was SUPER slow. The fountain drinks were depleted and unattended too. I drive to 2 different locations looking for Zoe’s kitchen to find that they were being converted into CAVA. After finally getting my food it was great however I won’t be back to this location until they have some type of order. The ordering process was horrible. Zoe’s would NEVER!! Please do better management team!!!

I’ve been to this location several times, but on this visit, 7/22 around 3PM there was a pleasant young lady who I could tell was new and trying to learn the menu. She did a great job fixing my bowl, but the other girl who rung me up was giving me weird vibes. She didn’t bag my food as if I could carry the bowl, utensils, and my drink by hand to my car. She also didn’t give me my receipt she took it and put it elsewhere immediately and she seemed kind of condescending to the young lady who fixed the food. I get the same thing every time but it was about $4 more this time.
