My daughter and I was visiting Clarksville and decided to order cheese pizza from this Dominos. They stated it would be 25-30-40 mins for delivery so we told them that would be and placed the order. I was a little suspicious after he gave a time like that . Well we finally got our cold old pizza a hr and half after we ordered it .It was cold and the driver didn’t say sorry or anything . I do not recommend this Dominos at all .

Horrible service don’t waste your time or money here! They will lie to customers saying they don’t deliver to their address I’ve had this issue multiple times so much that I had to record them deliver to a house on my same road further down from the main road. I ordered pizza 2 days ago and the GM was apparently the one delivering the pizza, she called us because she couldn’t find the address it turns out her workers didn’t take down the right address. So once I provide her with the correct address she started saying she’s not allowed to deliver here, and that it’s outside of their delivery area, so I mentioned to her that I had recording of them delivering to us and to people down the road, and she said “oh well we’re not supposed to” sounds like someone doesn’t wanna do their job. So I would like to know who I can get this issue resolved with because whomever then GM is at the store now is worthless, disrespectful, and lazy!! Like I said I have recording of your delivery drivers delivering to my neighbors house and mine so I want to know what the issue is here!

Last 3 times I’ve ordered theyve got something wrong. Ordered marinara suace on my pasta and got alfredo suace this time. Last time was wrong toppings on a pizza. The onions they have in their salads smell like vinegar too.
