I have been here 3 times now and every time I go, the experience is dreadful. The staff doesn’t seem to understand they work at a fast food restaurant. They always seem in a haze. The second time I went there, the lady handed me my food and she smelt like straight weed. I noticed three other workers with bloodshot eyes. Today is the third time I’ve been here and similar experience. Lady at the register, yawned about 15 times and took forever to take orders. I thought the food was good until I found a piece of shaved metal in my chicken. I gave it a chance but this is the last time I’ll be going to Grandys.

My husband & I finally got to try the new Grandy’s for breakfast. We were not disappointed! Very clean restaurant, all staff was friendly & helpful, condiments etc was fully stocked, & the food was good. We will be repeat customers!

we went because our home town no longer has a grandys, so excited to go and WHAT A LET DOWN. They had no rolls because “we decided to notale any more” (this was during peak dinner hours), i ordered chicken fried steak and was given basically a small Tyson’s chicken fried steak. i am beyond disappointed in this store and team. lazy and careless and not the grandys we all grew up on

12/21/22 ordered two pc chicken meal which came with corn, mashed potatoes, roll, wing ,and a breast. Wing was cooked well done and I mean well done, the chicken had a smell like it had been cooked in old very old fish grease and the breast had the same smell and taste plus it seemed to not be cooked all the way, please see enclosed photos, corn was good put the rest I would not feed to my dog.

One order w no line for 3 chicken breast meal and another took 10m. 30m ago I ordered 2 grand platter and cinn roll at drive thru and told me to pull up. I hear yelling inside. I wait 20 minutes at window and no one shows. Driver behind me even left. I liked their food but 10 mins, 20+ min wait to not even open window for payment and cars behind me driving away. The time will kill the business which we don’t want. Sad to post rating and really did like the food.

Tried going through drive through first, no one answered, so we went inside I wouldn’t even give a star, but I had to leave at least one. Went in and ordered, then was told the food was frozen and we’d have to wait an hr for it to thaw, before it could be cooked. The little girl at the front, acted like she would rather be anywhere but there. Leaning in the counter, looking half asleep and mumbling. Was only like 4 people in the lobby. Completely ridiculous. I used to LOVE grandys, was super excited about getting to come here, but we won’t be back.

Ordered the pot roast, mostly carrots. There was one piece of meat and a glob of fat. Definitely could’ve been better. Tasted good, but more care should’ve been put into the preparation.

Food was decent. Mac and Cheese was ice cold and service wasn’t very great. The lady taking our order seemed daze and all of the restaurant employees left the restaurant when people needed something. The floor was so sticky my shoes kept coming off and every single one of the tables were disgusting.
