Rude women took forever to take my order had a really bad attitude toward me that I did not appreciate she was a short girl can’t remember but I came in yesterday ordered. First of all, ALL my food was cold I asked for it fresh even my fries and I returned it she gave me the ugliest look and mumbled something to her co worker that wasn’t doing anything but just on their phone no wonder the service here was bad for me. I wouldn’t be returning to this store again. Thank you and please check your staff. They are disrespectful when a customer wants something specifically.

I went in the drive thru and waited literally 20 minutes for them to take my order. The manager came in the speaker and said he was having problems taking credit cards. He then took my order after assuring me that I could pay by card. I got up there paid and got my food. Got home and my mild chicken and mild chicken tenders where spicy and that isn’t what I ordered. The time spent ordering and getting my food was about 30 minutes and then my order was wrong but hey the food was hot!!

I think this is the worst location ever. 8.5 times out of 10 there is no spicey chicken. The kids on the grill playing and laughing all loud. No communication to the guy on the window. When I got to the window he said there was no spicey would I take regular. I said no. So he asked someone in the grill area how long on spicey wings. 1 girl said, we don’t have any wings and there was a roar of laughter. Then a Mgr of some sort asked the guy at the window if I would take 2 breast instead. I hollered from my car no. I just want a refund. The guy working the window told the grill people they need to let him know these things. They all busted into laughter again.

No one greeted us when we walked in. We stood at the counter for a few minutes with 2 people turned with their backs to us. A manager finally walked up but looked like she was just passing through until she stopped at the register. Then she gave a lukewarm (at best) welcome. I ordered the sandwich with no pickles… they put on the “no pickles” sticker, but the sandwich had pickles. They were completely out of napkins. It was a completely strange experience.

I tried to order 32 chicken pieces from this place, last night. I did not know tax was three dollars extra. But the main reason I left this place was because I heard an employee laugh in the background when I had said, “I thought my order was going to be 42 dollars,” I did not think it was going to be three dollars extra. I had stated, “That was not funny,” If I was being laughed at, the manager should have corrected that employee after their rude laughing gesture. I knew there was going to be some change, but the manager could have been nicer in telling me that.

The manager at this Popeyes is amazing! He keeps this location running like a machine. You can tell all of the employees love and respect him. 3/5 times he will bring the larger orders to the window himself. I love it here. The food is ALWAYS so fresh. I never have to check my box to see if I got old chicken like at some of the other places. When I hear his New Orleans accent in the background at the window I know my meal is about to be off tha hook! 10 stars for this location if I could because I been eating Popeyes for 35 years and never found a location this consistent! Bravo!
