My friend had ordered a medium light frozen cappuccino original and she was nervous that they hadn’t made it right. So I ordered another one on which I would give to her. The same thing I had ordered looked completely different. The consistency isn’t there for someone who needs it. Tracking calories and sugar is important for us. This allows us to not track it properly. I asked why they looked different and one had for cappuccino liquid. They were also not polite nor once smile or be friendly in any way. I most definitely will not be back to this location.

I never write reviews but I was amazed at how I was treated at Tim Hortons today. I was going through the drive through and when ordering, I wasn’t sure what drink I wanted. I took AT MOST 5 seconds to look at the menu and the worker loudly sighed at me for not knowing what drink I wanted. I ended up driving away because I was not dealing with that. Needless to say, will not be going back.

we showed up about 15min before closing and was greeted by a rude woman who said there was no food no coffee besides a half pot of regular and they would take cash only the woman was rude as heck and didnt bother to offer to say hey i can make a fresh pot etc you didnt close for 15min you had time closing time is closing time you need to be ready to serve your customer untill that time otherwise find another job not serving customers. worst experience ever will never visit a tim hortons again period

I had just driven from Florida after a 13 hour drive and my family and I were hungry. I went to the BK close to the hotel and it was closed (posted as open until 10pm), it was 8:30. I decided to go to this Tim Hortons next door. They had closed as well at 8:30 but the 3 people closing up the store were able to help me out. They made my day. They were all so kind and helpful!

I go to this Tim’s about 3-4 times a week. This morning, I was just a tad upset. The cashier lied about the size of iced coffee I ordered. I know a large is 32z but I paid for a large , I received a 20z=medium coffee. I have a diabetic employee and I always order hers with Splenda. They put regular sugar in hers and Splenda in mine( I didn’t even order sugar)
