I ordered over the phone, apparently a call center took my order and card number, I got double charged. Called and spoke to the manager and told me certain cards got double charged yesterday, and it would take 5-10 days to get back. She said she’s never had a problem ordering from there!!! Never apologized or showed empathy towards my situation. I’m disgusted with the service. If I could give zero stars I would. Never go here

Went to the store ordered and paid for the pizza they tried charging us $33 for 3 of the $6.99 specials and then told me 15 minutes came back in 20 minutes and they said it would be another 15 minutes and still got the pizza wrong and the tots were cold. It should be ZERO stars

We always use google to order online and we’ve never had a problem before tonight. I ordered the food and my husband stopped to pick it up after work. He called me that when he went to pick up our food he was told a pizza had to be remade. No reason was given. No apology. He then went out to the truck to wait for the pizza to be remade and no one brought it out or let him know it was done. This is very poor customer service. Im not looking for free food because of a mistake, but an explanation and an apology goes a long way.
