Luna was one of the best servers we have had in a very long time! On top of receiving amazing service there were only two servers in the restaurant, Luna was serving six family’s on her own and one other woman was serving the three gentleman at the bar drinking and eating! No manager in site… but the lady’s had it under control, We received our drinks and apps within 15 minutes of sitting down . I was very impressed! Our food was delicious, especially the pretzels and cheese . Everything cooked to order .

Being from the UK, I always here of Applebee’s from American shows, movies, YouTube videos etc, so I knew it was somewhere I wanted to try when in Florida. Over the course of our 10 day stay, we came here three times! My mum and I absolutely loved it. Food was really good value for money, service was amazing every time, and it’s a nice chilled atmosphere. We always opted for food on the 2 for $25 menu just by pure coincidence when picking our meals, and the food was amazing every time. Our second visit here was my thirtieth birthday, and they were lovely enough to give me some free ice cream! Bonus! I also tried one if their Christmas cocktails, I think it was called merry Berry Christmas, and it was gorgeous!

Waitress was wonderful and remembered everything we asked for without writing it down. The Ceasars salad was good as well as the burger, but I was sad my mozzarella sticks weren’t cooked throughly. I wanted that cheese pull it’s OK though not a big deal.

So I’m visiting From Puerto Rico. When I sit, Luna was the only waiter in the floor and she was amazing. Very meticulous verifying all the tables are good and follow protocols of costumer service and table service. Such a great Waiter and very humble. PD: It was a lot of food so y take it out

Most of our party of 7 enjoyed their meals. Unfortunately, the server was overwhelmed and forgot to bring us utensils when our food came out. The house salads were brought out several minutes apart from each other. My daughter didn’t get her pasta until most of the party was done eating. Our server wasn’t able to keep our waters from running dry.
