This review is long overdue but I still needed to make sure I shared my amazing experience. I was in town visiting from Atlanta (for my grandmothers birthday) and my boyfriend planned a dinner for the two of us at this restaurant. I loved the vibe when we walked in and the staff was extremely welcoming. We had the perfect little booth tucked away in the restaurant, which ended up being the perfect spot…more to come on that later. Every single thing we ordered was amazing – from the cocktails, to the appetizers, to the sushi. As if the meal wasn’t perfect enough, my boyfriend had actually planned this dinner for the two of us so that he could propose and celebrate afterwards with my 95 year old grandmother. He is a pretty private person so he did it quietly at our perfect little table, with the ring having been tucked into his jeans pocket the whole time! Our server caught on pretty quickly when she walked up to ask how everything was going. The chef prepared a special dessert for the two of us, and the owner even treated us to a couple glasses of champagne. They didn’t know that it was happening ahead of time, and the restaurant was very full, but they still went out of their way to make us feel so special. Our meal at Adachi was easily the most memorable dinner I’ve ever had…and we will absolutely be back.❤️

This place has a lovely ambiance and the people that work here are very friendly and fun. The issue is the quality of the food and the portion sizes. The lobster tacos are so tiny they look like toys and they didn’t even taste good. Two people in my group got the beef tacos and said they were very boring. Most rolls cost around $18 and don’t have unique flavors or really much flavor at all. I think coming here for a drink or two is probably the move. Skip the food and eat somewhere with unique and flavorful dishes.

The calm ambiance & Japanese decadence makes for a pleasurable & inviting experience. The A-5 Wagyu, Sakura, Adachi Flame & the Zen Maki rolls are a must to try. Saki, preferably chilled, is a great addition to your meal & their selection is supreme.
