Was passing by at 10:30am and the signage caught my eye and they were already open at this hour. Had the Sweet Potato Mole Bowl. Healthy options added: Cauliflower Rice and lean beef steak for a protein. Portion was sizeable. Place is clean as a whistle and I ate in their dining area (pictured). I with the complementary water faucet had been refrigerated. Staff was efficient, attentive, and took the time to explain each option. I went with Medium Spice level and that was perfect.

It’s no Chipotle, but scratches that itch. It might just be a preference. Most of my coworkers think it’s better. Definitely worth the try if you are craving that San Francisco burrito style quick food.

My coworkers and I ordered through seamless. My coworker received a skimpy dry salad with some old lettuce and little meat. Whereas I received one taco. When you order in person, the menu says two tacos per order. The steak taco was decent— it quickly fell apart. The burrito wrap is chewy and not tasty. The lady behind the counter spoke poorly of me before I left because I left my wallet and said I’ll be back. Her response to her coworker was, “she won’t be back.” I returned to try the burrito… I will not return and order from here again. Not the best food—overpriced— and poor customer service.

Who hired the staff because it seems they don’t smile, don’t care for their customers nor their jobs…bordering being plain rude. The staff doesn’t know their menu, asks you multiple times to clarify what simple item to add to your order after you clearly stated and pointed from the selection in front of you and the staff. The 3 of us were excited to try this new Dos Toros location for lunch but ended walking out with incorrect burritos and bowls as well as paying for incorrect burritos. That was the last time we are going to this location.
