Cute and unique coffee shop. Love the ambiance and the library in the back. Pastries made fresh and whatever isn’t sold that day will be on sale for $1 the next day. Definitely a must visit.

Delightfully tasty food. Ordering process was a little chaotic with limited space and no clear idea of who was next in line. Larger water glasses or available pitchers would have saved repeated trips to refill. Overall, once situated, it was a great experience in comfortable setting.

Blooming Grounds is such a cute and fun little coffee shop. I came here on a visit to Winona after questing for a coffee shop for several hours, and was not disappointed at all. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was great (I had the mushroom and brie soup with a side salad), and the drinks were great (I had the lavender matcha). The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, with plenty of seating options and a great vibe. I hope to visit Winona again soon, in which case I will definitely stop here for my beverage needs.

Hands down the absolute best place to eat in Winona! I stayed in Winona for 4 days, and ate there multiple times. I ate a variety of foods including the apple crisp latte (iced and hot), vanilla steamer, apple cider, quiches, breakfast burrito, turkey cheddar panini and pesto garlic wrap.

Was meeting friends there for lunch. Great soup…and everyone else in our group enjoyed their meals. Just wish we weren’t eating in stages…soup was brought to table almost immediately while the person who ordered the wrap sandwich and the person who ordered the salad were served almost 10 minutes later. My soup would have been cold if I’d have waited politely to eat with my friends. Also, the exterior of the building needs some eye level signage. One of our group walked past the entrance and I found it simply due to a poster for someone performing there and having the street address from Google maps.

Tried the chicken salad sandwich which was alright. The medium roast coffee can wake the dead in a nice way. Dre’s breakfast burrito plus bacon was one of the best I’ve had in the country. HIGHLY recommend.

I always read the lowest reviews, but rarely have I ever had similar experiences. The one star review by a former employee was very interesting (actually kind of funny). I have always had a good experience. The food has been very good and the drinks I have had have also been good. I like that they support local musicians even though not all the music is what I like, but that is just personal preference.

Best place in Winona. Supports local artists, has a rich community of regulars, and the staff get to know your name and order quickly. I love the fact that I don’t even need to order anymore. That’s a small town coffee shop atmosphere that not many places have.

I want you to go somewhere I’ve never gone before. Visiting a friend and ask him if blooming grounds coffeehouse was good. He said it was great, I highly recommend going there. Being a vegan it’s hard to find places to eat.
