Really? All of my food was like this. It is really sad that Domino’s has started sending food out like this. They have lost the connection with the customers in the Sparta area. Just get the food out at any cost do not worry about how it looks.

I wanted to surprise my wife with something “different” for our anniversary so I called Domino’s and asked if there was anyway they could make a pizza in the shape of a heart. They really came through!!! Not only was the pizza a heart, but she also made the pepperoni into little hearts! My wife was very surprised and of course loved eating her pizza when I surprised her at her job. I wish I knew the name of the lady that made it, but thank you for going above and beyond!!!

We were in town for a graduation, and they delivered to the hotel we were at. I received text messages when they were a few minutes away and couple do everythingelectronically. It was awesome! Order was almost 45 minutes late, pizza lukewarm, cheese already firm and unsatisfying. **updated 5/16 despite the outreach publicly from the restaurant on my first review, my efforts to resolve my experience went unanswered. I opened a claim for communication the day they replied to the review requesting I reach out to them. but it has yet to get a response. No attempt to email me, call me or reply to the open query. Highly disappointed, we had to toss our order because it was cold and not really edible and the lack of follow up is frustrating.

My significant other and I only order sandwiches; the chicken bacon and ranch and the Philly cheese steak. Not sure if they have recently made changes on the chicken sandwich but it definitely tasted like it, it just seemed to be bland, my bacon that was on there was 95% fat cubes and hardly any actual bacon pieces. I always order and pay for extra meat on both sandwiches and they definitely did not add it but it did show on the receipt and had it on the sticker that is placed on the sandwich box. The other unfortunate is I wasn’t sure how to directly contact someone at the sparta Domino’s, I do not live in Sparta and when you call the sparta phone number listed for Domino’s it is transferred to what must be a subcontracted answering service now and not someone at the actual Domino’s location.

They’ve done a Great Job everytime. Food is hot when it arrives and its always delicious. Their delivery drivers have all been nice and professional during each interaction. I would Recommend if your a pizza lover.

We placed a big order for carside carryout. The young man that came out was kind enough to run back inside and grab plates and parmesan for us. Their food is always delicious. We drive about a half hour each way to pick up pizza here because we like it so much! Employees have always been friendly and helpful! Always a great food experience!

We order from Domino’s a decent amount, and it normally goes okay! Yesterday, we ordered and got the wrong food, called to request the correct food. They claimed it would be on its way. I provided order # and the foods we got delivered. The food never got delivered. I respect the nature of the holiday. And accidents. But, when they say they are sending out “correct” .
