This older lady that works here at Ramsey burger on highland springs is very rude. She took my order and made a mistake on the order. I called her twice to have her read back my order and she only turned around when my husband called her so basically she ignored me. Then she read back the order and we told her that it wasn’t correct and we wanted to fix it before the food came out and right away she copped an attitude and just kept talking about us under her breath and saying she didn’t like to ‘do things like this.’ Once my food was done and she was calling me I couldn’t hear her and she screamed ‘hey!’ at me to get my attention. My husband and I will not be coming back here because of her rude service. The food is mid and her attitude made it worse I didn’t even want to eat the food once we got it.

Very rude older lady at register ordered a chle verde burrito w/beans. I took 3 bites only beans, so I opened only 2 small chunks of meat. I took it to the lady she said I had eaten all the meat I told her no she took my tray to the back.. because they don’t believe in plates. She brought my fries and gave me money back… for the burrito… never again.. lady very arguementive no customer skills… lady needs to know without customers her business will close.. never again and they charge for card no signs she tells you once she completes transaction…

That lady there seems very grumpy! I dont know why shes working there with that attitude! Went to get a burger i was waiting for food to go but at the end decided to stay because is a long drive home my bf came in with crazy bread from little cesar but the lady at the restaurant said we couldnt eat there because of the food my bf had brought from outside even though i had bought food there and was waiting for it. I understand if i didnt buy anything and just went in there to eat but i had order food from there. This was my first time and last time i will go there.

I went with my family food is no that good,cheap dry meat and little meat at that in my burrito full of just lettuce…,they charge for card and they did not have signs up but they had plenty signs for outside beverages and drinks… So when I brought some drinks in not paying attention to signs the old lady was very confertational and extremely rude with an angry face no drinks inside put them away! I did not give an attitude to the old lady when she charged my card with no signs up or without telling us anything. I understand rules are rules but this lady seems double standard and very rude I will never go to this place again bad vibes and so so food don’t waste your time here unless you want the part of your day ruined…not worth the drama
