Drove all the way from Aurora for some of this! Don’t let the creepy small town deter you from having the best pizza in the I-70 corridor on your next road trip. Great food, service, and one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever entered.

Best Pizza in the Colorado Plains. We have been getting pizza from KG’s for years for our bike race. People are surpised that there is such good Pizza out in the little town of Deer Trail.

I travel a lot for my work and was driving by here around lunch and found this place through Google Maps. It’s a nice cozy place with great home cooked pizzas and good prices and a nice atmosphere. The next time I’m through here around lunch I’ll go back. One thing if you can pay cash do so they will appreciate it.

We had been driving for ten hours and decided to stop for pizza. What a treat! The owner hand makes all his pizzas to order. The pizza was delicious and Kevin, the owner, operator and server was delightful.

Food was quite good, but the staff REALLY needs to keep their political comments to themselves; no one cares to overhear what the locals think, and it’s difficult to enjoy a meal with your guests when you must listen to people speak openly from a position of utter ignorance. When a table of obnoxious, obviously stupid patrons start spouting hate rhetoric, the staff should politely make NO comment, or risk isolating other paying customers who have sense of common decorum. “Mama always used to say, stupid is as stupid does”

Husband and wife run the place. This is a great pizza place quite possibly the best in the I 70 corridor. Fresh veggies on pizza, wonderful service, all around great experience.
