Some good things! (Ambience, service, some of the food…) but enough bad things about the food to knock off a couple of stars. I’ll just mention 2 of our 4 recent meals. First, the grilled ham and cheese. Granted, it’s not what they’re known for but the Italian beef sandwich always comes out great, and one in our party thought since it was the same price it should be at least decent. I added a photo of it, it was all cheese. One tiny round piece of ham sliced in half hiding in there, that was the only ham. Couldn’t even taste it. It was basically a grilled cheese and pretty gross. I had the chicken piccata and it was not good either. Only 4 or 5 capers on the whole thing and it was entirely tasteless. No flavor. There was some kind of salty ham or prosciutto sprinkled all over it but it wasn’t mentioned in the menu description, and certainly not how I’ve ever prepared myself or been served chicken picatta in the past. It seemed very hospital cafeteria or frozen meal quality. The kettle chips were soggy, my son spit it out upon trying them. I tried one then too, yep, soggy. The fries though were outstanding! Pizza here is too blanketed in cheese/greasy for my tastes so we never order that here but I know that cheese-to-fresh toppings ratio preference is subjective! If you can figure out what’s good, it’s a nice, friendly place to have a family meal.

My wife and I had an excellent meal with wonderful service. We both had the spaghetti with meatballs and sausage and it was fantastic. They also gave you enough portions and made sure we were satisfied. Please, don’t change a thing. Thank you for making our first dining experience at your establishment so memorable!

This was our 1st time coming here and had heard good things about this restaurant so we reserved a table. 1st impression when we pulled in, the sign wasn’t lit up, the parking lot was super dark so we weren’t even sure they were open. Went in and was seated right away. It took 15mins before anyone came to take our drink order (the place wasn’t that busy) I ordered just water and husband a beer. My water came in a cocktail glass as if I only wanted a sip of water with my meal. We finally ordered our food I ordered Mostaccioli with a salad and my husband lasagna the only soup choice for him was clam chowder which was a turn down so he didn’t get a side. While waiting for our food we never got refills on our drinks I sat there with a very watery salad, ice in a cup and 2 pcs of rye bread (which I was surprised since we were eating Italian and would have expected Italian bread or garlic bread) I visited the bathroom and washed my hands to only find toilet paper to dry my hands with and my husband said they had barely anything in the men’s room. This place isn’t the cleanest the blinds were caked with dirt. I was super excited to try this place. I will give it to the chef the food was really good when we received it. I would recommend a good cleaning and as nice as our waiter Anthony was he really needs to be trained on being more on top of things then just standing behind the counter talking. We won’t return.

My meal came out the prime rib was cold. My other half pizza arrived 10 min later they should have served us together. Then asked for a to go box had 4 slices of pizza left and she brought a single serve container. I just went and got the bigger one was way ready to go by now. Food did taste good though.

I’ve been having dinner here maybe once a month for the last four years. It almost always has been great! My last two experiences are what has led me here. On my second to last visit I ordered a black and blue burger, which is supposed to come with crispy onions, blue cheese, and bacon. It arrived with maybe three crumbles of blue cheese and no other toppings. Not a big deal, flukes happen. This last time I ordered the same item and told the waitress about my last experience and she assured me she would make sure it came out as described. Not only did the table of 6 behind us that arrived after our table of six eat and leave long before our food ever came out, but my burger came out a full fifteen minutes after the rest of my party! The burger was good, but wow that was terrible service. They’re on soft probation for me. Won’t be back until I see better reviews.

We ordered the Works Pizza, and it was amazing! It’s the best pizza in the area. The salad was a little skimpy, but otherwise we really enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere is very pleasant too!
