We made an online order for pickup to be ready at 8:30. When we got there we were informed that even though the web site says they close at 9:00 they actually close at 8:00, and I made them have to turn the oven back on. Food wasn’t ready so I had to wait another 20 minutes. The pizza tasted like it was left overs off the buffet and thrown in a box. Only the cookie we got was anything near fresh.

This Pizza Ranch has the best chicken. Other Pizza Ranches have good chicken this one has exceptional chicken. Management is always friendly and I can’t believe some of the reviews. Always workers coming and taking empty plates off the table and always can find a clean table. Maybe not as many choices as some Pizza Ranches but always the tastiest! We come here as often as we can!

If you have never visited a Pizza Ranch, please don’t let this be the first. Wadena, Brainerd, Perham, Little Falls, St. Cloud, & New Hope I have had much better experience. Pizza was like warm and best a dry, had been setting out, mashed potatoes were dry, and only 1/4 of a pan. No original cactus bread, just 2 old slices of blueberry I think. No breadsticks for dipping. The wedge Fries clearly has been there all day. One piece of chicken was cool, the other was hot. You get the point. The person working made some off color comments to the only other table in the place, while multiple tables sat dirty. This is not what I came to expect growing up going to Wadena.

This Pizza Ranch should be bulldozed and never spoken of ever again. Don’t even know where to start. The place stinks when you walk in the door, there is dirty dishes sitting in carts right where you pay. The rude and entirely unprofessional staff person did absolutely nothing but drop F-bomb the entire 13 minutes we were in this disgusting place. Pizza Ranch Owners should be shutting this one down permanently! This one would be a -5 stars. WORST PIZZA RANCH EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

This place is the poorest running Pizza ranch compared to the other Pizza ranch restaurants I visited, the current owner who runs this place is rude customers and to his employees and past employees. I was here multiple times when the owner made the previous employee quit.

Where to begin… we were not acknowledged when we walked in, stood at the counter while the only worker there filled the ice ignoring us. Food was cold under the heat lamp, looked like it had been out for hours. The gravy was separated it had been sitting so long. He brought the trash can out and threw out 5 pizzas, dropped the pan in it, pulled it back out and took it to the back. He did that just after we filled our plates with the pizza he just threw out, so we basically ate food out of the garbage. Right after we got full of cold, old pizza he brought out hot pizza and didnt even ask us what kind of pizza we wanted, we were the only ones there. He had a rude encounter and said you could go to pizza hut cause you arent going to get anything here. He said he didnt keep the oven on because no one is going to eat the food. We asked for a discount and he said no no no. After we commented we didnt want to get sick because the food was not the right temperature. It wasnt just cold pizza, it was cold chicken and we started to feel sick. The fruit punch was literally water with a pink tint. Needless to say, we will NOT be back.

Disappointing to see all the negativity in the reviews because we go there often and love it. Yes it is not your bigger town Pizza Ranch but the food is good, the staff friendly and we would miss this place a lot if it would shut down.

if you’re looking for gourmet pizza and chicken, you’re at the wrong place, if your looking for a fast meal with some pizza and chicken and fresh salad, that’s all you can eat and fills your pie hole up, then here it is. only buffet in town. service is great, food is what it is, but its decent, fresh and hot

Hardly any food available at 1pm. When we requested a certain pizza, we were told “I got a lot of stuff going on right now”… as there was basically no pizzas to choose from. The guy also made a comment about the weight of a person in my party, saying “people that are big enough to eat for 2 or 3 should have to pay double”. The person he was talking about is 6’6″, btw. Do not visit here.

Fast & friendly. We came a little late for lunch; So some things weren’t as fresh. HOWEVER, the person that was working put fresh items in on request. The music was nice & casual.
