Our founder, Matthew Carney, was always the guy on the grill at backyard get-togethers. During those summery afternoons, he developed a love for cooking great chicken and entertaining friends, family and his community.

First off, I want to say that the atmosphere here felt very nice. There were only about 2 other parties, but something about this place gave me a great vibe. As far as the food, it is smoked chicken, and you can’t go wrong with that! I had the jumbo wings with Nashville Hot dry rub. The wings were delicious, and you could taste the smokiness. The heat, though, was intense, so watch out! Also, they have buy one and got one free draft beer from 2 pm to 8 pm! You also get a drink token that you can hold on to when you come back to redeem a free drink! Would highly recommend giving this place a shot.

Wedgewood location isn’t nearly as cool as this spot in Sylvan Park. Service was faster at this location and the cooks were imo more skilled. The wings are so darn good. I got the nashville hot of course and they do lose points for not serving them on a piece of white bread with a pickle on top but that’s neither here nor there. The wings themselves I considered the second or 3rd best wings in the city behind Martins and MAYBE behind party fowl as well. The “Nash hot” wasnt quite hot enough for me so I got some on the side and that did the trick. If you are a heat fiend then I suggest you follow my example here. Also got the roasted corn as a side and it was smoked and charred perfectly spiced and delicious. The chicken burger was also really good. The chicken tacos are a staff pick and ill be back to find out why. Most places that smoke their wings and chicken also fry them but not here. They don’t have a fryer in the building so you will leave here feeling really good after your meal. I mean…feeling clean and light after eating wings and beer is kinda amazing. The space is super open and well lit. Also the walls open out into the patio so this is an excellent spot to hang out on a sunny day with your pup. They have an insane amount of TVs for the game and with 2 for 1 beers every day of the week all day and night; date night never has to break the bank if you’ve got a winner by your side to watch the game with you. If you are vacationing and wanting a truly smoked wing experience without the oil I recommend this place. If you’re a local looking for a cool under the radar spot to watch the game with cheep drinks? I recomend this spot. For just purely food there are better restaurants if you are working with only a few places to eat skip this one. This place is def more for the locals.

Friendly service, food came out fast. However, I got the hot and sweet sauce with my pizza and it felt like my face was burning and melting simultaneously. I can usually handle my spice so maybe she thought I said the “make you sweat” sauce; come to think of it, it wasn’t sweet either. I can usually handle really spicy food so it’s kind of hard to say if it was me or not so I’m not deducting any stars. Regardless, couldn’t finish it and got it to go but the flavors I could taste were good and good price point. Good beer deals too

I went through drive thru, ordered twenty wings, ten rubbed, ten buffalo. I didn’t get my buffalo at all, no dipping sauce. Really guys by the way there was no rub just smoked.
