Although a beautiful view. The worst service. Went for a bridal party dinner for 7 and was beyond disappointed with the entire service. First off, right off the bat after we ordered drinks the older gentleman who wears glasses who seems like the head person was terribly rude. After he messed up our drinks by serving it to the wrong person, all he did was take the drinks to the bar…remove their used straw & added a new lime and reserved that same drink. Health violation code ! Not once after that did any service person come to us. We had to ask for them to take our order after 45min of waiting. The entire staff was so unorganized and was not groomed! When we finally received our sushi orders we notified that we were still missing one roll which they said they would check on. 30-40min late me chefs roll arrived warm ! Not fresh. All the servers had no idea what they were serving when we asked which roll was what. Especially w allergies, super unprofessional and unorganized. They do 18% automatically added tip+3% for every order. Which is so unfair simply because they didn’t earn anything. Worst service ever. We were there for 3hrs! Shame on the manager and unfortunate for the hotel to have this terrible representation of their hotel service. Will never come here again.

Per my understanding very famous place to socialize, but dang food is just horrible here. I heard many of my friends been here and recommended this place. I was meeting my friend and she picked this place so I didn’t mind. I read in reviews sushi isn’t the best here but my friend was ordering them and we end up sharing everything. It was worse sushi in my life. Salmon tasted not fresh and it was fishy. Tuna was the same. Flat bread also didn’t tasted good was very dry but cheese flavor was strange. The only good things was burrata salad.
