they got my order wrong, and my fries were cold. but they did a great job by correcting it..restaurant was super busy. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Prices are ok. Ice-cream was also really good…. 8/10

I’ve been to Freddy’s a good bit since it’s opened. I usually come during the day time at lunch and the crew is always so nice and smiling. They’re always willing to answer any questions people have and guide them through ordering if it’s their first time. The food is excellent and I’m absolutely in love with the chili cheese fries here. There’s plenty of options to pick from whether you’re feeling up for chicken or beef that day, and I’ve yet to find something on the menu that I just won’t eat. I definitely suggest swinging by if you’re looking for something new that has fast and friendly service!

After seeing mixed reviews I wanted to try this eating establishment for myself and prove the doubters wrong. However, my recent visit to Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburger brought great disappointment. I ordered a chili dog, but was disappointed to find that it had little chili and a very hard weiner. The fries were also cold and not enjoyable. Additionally, I ordered a half and half shake but received chocolate only which was good but did not make up for the other shortcomings. I understand that not every experience is perfect, but I hope this feedback can help improve the quality of the food and service for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

1st time I had Freddy’s burger was n MOBILE, ALABAMA; GREAT EXPERIENCE. Here not cooked well or fresh I asked for mustard instead of ketchup and a huge glob of mustard soaked the bread WHICH was not toasted and not edible, no replacement for the drink!!! was also disappointing because I don’t drink house tea or fountain drinks. Previous visit the patty melt meal was also not cooked well or fresh the only thing good and fresh was the FRIES. THIS IS Y I COOK!

First time here was not great. I went to the one in Memphis and it was really good so I was excited when ours finally opened. Gave it some time to settle down from the initial rush and stopped in tonight and now I wish I hadn’t. The fries were throw into my bag and I know they were thrown because they were all over the bottom of the bag along with the ketchup packets and I had to scoop it all out with my hands and separate the ketchup packets from the fries. The fries were cold. I literally live less than 5 minutes from this location so there is no way they had enough time to get cold in the time it took me to get home. When I got my food she opened the window, shoved my food at me and shut the window again. The burger was lukewarm at best. Just very disappointed. I am definitely in no hurry to return.

I highly recommend Freddy’s and am so glad we have one locally!! Very clean establishment and the staff was very friendly and helpful.(always smiling!). I can always tell when management and staff read the assignment!! Will definitely go back for seconds !
