I give it a four star mostly because the main thing that I liked about it, was the service was very friendly, and it was fun seeing an old coworker. Otherwise, the food was okay, kind of bland and the portion size wasn’t really worth the cost. Otherwise, if you are spending the day on the water it’s a great place to relax eat and get out of the sun for a bit!

I recently ate at the Hillside Steakhouse—it was absolutely delicious! I had steak tips and baked potato. The steak tips were perfectly cooked and super tender meat and even the baked potato was incredible. The meal also came with a dinner salad and I appreciate that it is included with the meal. We are definitely going to make the Hillside a restaurant that we frequent often. Both my Husband and I thought our meals were great!

Excellent food and service. It has a nice country club feel inside with a decked out bar. They also have very nice booths with great views of the lake. I had the BuBQ burger and substituted cheese curds for the fries. The cheese curds are being taken off the menu soon though. :/ The burger was amazing. It had a very subtle, delicious flavor. It was also made with real beef, so it was really filling. The cheese curds were out of this world! Get them while you can!
