Today’s order was a shocker to say the least. The once full container of your fave to-go bowls are barely filling the top line of the paper bowl. We ate at Chipotle on Town East a week ago, and the servings of veggies there were standard, if not great, and ordering 2X your protein meant YOU GOT 2X since you’re paying for it. This location however, is a disappointment. Adding 5 more cubes of steak to an order does not make it a x2 protein order. What is a salad without enough lettuce??? I’m going someplace else if I want to meet my Macros.

The food at this location is absolutely fine. No problems. The staff have always been nice. The only problem is the pick up service. Rather than put completed orders on the shelf for pickup, they put them behind the counter. This is great for preventing stolen orders. Absolutely great. But…it does create a weird situation where everyone on the right is lined up getting food and paying, then there’s a blob of people on the left hollering out names to the staff, trying to get their order to pick up. Otherwise I have no issues with this location. Just may need some work on that pick up situation.

i love coming to this chipotle location because each ingredient is always so fresh! they are also always very friendly! i only wish that Chipotle would change out the flimsy cups as a whole! these cups are boneless and so are the lids

Tonight they made my night. I went in and got me a chicken and steak bowl they fixed it up so pretty as soon as I got outside, a cricket came inside and got on my jacket. Food flew everywhere. Needless to say I went in to purchase me another bowl because I just had to have my Chipotle. The nice gentleman at the register said you can have it, you just dropped yours. That was so nice of him. She could have charged me. Thank you for excellent customer service. Not to mention the place was so clean and nice along with the smiles

This location never fails to fail me. No smiles, no greeting, no one is having fun, just dry service, in and out. Food is not hot and fresh. They have fresh rice on the line but that’s covered up for later use, so they can serve up the old rice with brown cilantro first. Steak was cold, dry, and chewy. Portions were less than usual. Asked for 3 small tortillas, but he only gave me 2; still charged for the tortillas. The agua frescas had very little flavor. I could go on. This location could really use a lot of improvement. $22 for a subpar fast food meal for one person and an unenjoyable experience? I’ll pass on this location next time..

Forget about ordering online. Especially if u send someone to pick it up. The name was under Lalanie, and ON THE RECEIPT it said DONNIE H, yet there was a fiasco for 30 minutes trying to find it. seriously…… train people to read receipts. The food was amazing. The staff tonight was 1 star.
