I literally sat in the line for over 15 mins with only 2 cars ahead of me. On upon starting to eat, I found a hair in a burger, amd the burger were microwaveed not fresh, poorly cooked chicken and the medium tater tot was a small order and was cooked so much they were hard as a brick. I paid $15 for my lunch just to throw it away!!!!! Never going back!

I went to the Highway 58 Krystal after work and ordered a number 4, which is a 5 Cheese Krystal combo with chili cheese fries and a drink. Upon requesting a number 4, the drive thru worker said, “You gon’ want cheese.” I reminded her that the Krystal come with cheese for that combo and she spouted, “pull around.” She did not say pull up to the window and she was rather rude. When I reached the window, she walked up out of uniform, eating food and proceeded to take my money and she took about 3 minutes to give me my change back. She threw the 5 Krystals and chili cheese fries in one small bag, tilting everything. When I arrived home, I discovered that they only packed an corner or a bite of chili cheese fries. By this time, it was too late in the night to return and I did not want to waste my time and gas.

Went to this location at 1am to order a sackful of Krystal chick’s, and an order of chili cheese fries. They informed me at the window there would be a 15min wait and I let them know that was fine. He said the correct total at the speaker for the 12chicks and fries like $30 something dollars. I roll up to the window and notice that even know they told me it was going to be a 15min wait they went ahead and made my chili cheese fries first. So they sat out for 15mins before they were even handed to me. As you can imagine they were cool and soggy. I wait 15min almost exactly. The manager himself Justin Hayes brings my food out to me. Asks me if I had a chili cheese fry, and I said yes a long with 12 Krystal chick’s. He goes yes. Knowing it was the manager I didn’t check the bag, when I really should have. I get home and it’s a sackful of regular soggy mustard packed kystals. Not crystal chick’s. I go back to the store, realize they only charged me for regular Krystals at the window, despite telling me the correct total at the speaker. I Tell them I’ll pay the difference. They tell me the difference is $20, which was totally wrong. So I ask for $5 off for my trouble of going back and forth to my house, having to wait, and him knowingly handing me the wrong food items. He says he will give me a discount and says my new total would be $19.56. I expressed how that still was not right. He kept saying they were $3 a piece. That might be true if you buy them individually,but Not when you get the sackful. So I asked for a refund instead. It’s really concerning when management is not capable of doing money math. Every time I try to give this place another chance. They remind me of why I don’t spend my money there. I would avoid this location at all costs. You aren’t going to get what you ordered, and you will get ripped off.

Came through drive through on 7/8/22 roughly 10:00 and ordered the 12 Krystal combo with cheese. They asked how many and I clarified 12 krystals, with cheese, and a Coke on BOTH drinks. Got up to the window only to find a “Number 1 with cheese”…red flag #1. Told the lady that I ordered the 12 krystal combo, not a number 1…she rang it up….$17 and change….red flag #2. Wait a min, the combo with cheese is right at $18 before tax…”Is that with cheese?” Nope…changed the order again. Got it right that time. 10:30 before I left and when I get home I had a while dozen krystals….WITH NO PICKLES. Called the phone number for the store, rang twice and sent to voice mail. 30 minute ordeal to have to correct my order twice and still have it wrong…

Highway 58 Krystal, in Chattanooga Tennessee use to be the ABSOLUTE BEST KRYSTAL, ANYWHERE ! But since the price of everything has skyrocketed, so has Krystal, but what’s worse, is the portions are way smaller !!!

Its after midnight, Just got Krystals combo, chili cheese fries and the bread on the Krystals were hard and the meat was extremely dry. Called and to let hem know. Mind you I’m home by now. Was told to bring the food back. Uumm noooo. Did I mention it’s after midnight? The proper thing to do is take my name and replace my food fresh at a later date. I won’t be coming back to Hwy 58 Krystal and I live near by. Customer service and satisfaction SUK!!! GOOD RIDENS

I went there at approximately 6:57AM and was told they are closed. Website reads open 24 hours. Open sign was lit. This is just the most recent of issues with Krystals. No wonder why this once great company is on the verge of shutting it’s doors. I will no longer be bringing my money or business here.
