I had a pleasant experience at Arby’s and would rate it 4 stars. The staff warmly welcomed us and proactively informed us about the location of items, eliminating the need to ask. However, there was a mix-up with our food order where one of my sandwiches was given to someone else, and I received theirs instead. Luckily, we were in the same group, so we were able to swap sandwiches. This situation could have been problematic if it had been a stranger.

This new location is great. Food and people are wonderful. New but with a cozy feel. I really just like everything about this place .Great sandwiches, Super nice people and oh yeah I personally love the double meat, but they put plenty of meat in the original. I just like to get crazy sometimes.

I don’t always understand the hate this place gets. The sandwiches are good (especially their fish sandwich) and they have some of the best fries (curly) out there. I will say for the price, the sliders are very lacking but everything else is solid.

Unfortunately, there was something off with my sandwich. I tasted each part separately and could tell the cheese had gone bad and had a terrible rotten taste. Hopefully they don’t serve rotten food normally, but I probably will not come back.

Quick in and out. Well trained staff. G.M. (or owner) always expediting or cleaning/wiping down. If you like Arby’s, you’ll like this one. Greeted upon entering, thanked when leaving. (I always ring their bell by the door, for good service.)Clean, open seating area, plexiglass barriers between counter staff and customers. A nearby D.M.V. visit means lunch at Arby’s. Fwy convenient, tons of parking.

The food here is delicious. I ordered the French Dip combo which comes with curly fries & a small drink. You can get it in a larger size as well. The food is served hot & the ajui sauce goes perfectly with it. The restaurant is very clean & well kept. Saw the staff constantly cleaning between customers & working hard to keep everything clean. Great place to bring the family & kids.
