I’m impressed. I made the extra drive to this location specifically for their indoor playground on a hot day. Restaurant itself was very clean and tighty. Staff was quick and friendly. Food was hot and tasty. Playground was clean, the room itself was cool from the running A/C. Would drive here again. 🙂

It was a great meal and with wonderful service. Arrived and made use of the handicapped parking. The exterior and lot itself looked like it is maintained and had no garbage about. Ate inside and it was very clean. Great A/C and recently remodeled. We where served by the shift leader at the time and he was very polite and relaxed. A+ service! Thanks again guys! The food looked just like the menu and exceeded expectations. My father and I had a great time and will be coming back more than once. Thanks again guys made our day!

The service here today was emaculate, not to mention the food’s exquisite taste with perfect proportionality and the freshest of ingredients. I had to periodically stop chewing in order to fully grasp the immense flavors being delivered. The establishment was squeaky clean and everyone working did their best to give me the best experience possible, from greeting me as I walked through the doors to maintaining a friendly conversation throughout the time I was ordering and all with a smile on their face. This experience has left me speechless. Bravo.

First time here and horrible experience. Cashier lady looked like she hates her job. The lady who brought out our food to the table was rude and also looked like she hates her job. If you cant deal customer service then maybe they should not be there serving others. Not one worker smiled or greeted us. I work customer serivce and the experience here was unacceptable and really uncomfortable. On top of that ordered my daughter a plain hamberger kids meal with ketchup and they over did it with the ketchup my daughter disliked it and didnt hand out a kods meal toy into her bag.

I ordered a hand-breaded chicken sandwich and got this. The chicken sandwich was all bread and looked nothing how it’s advertised. I took a bite and the chicken wasn’t even warm at all. Everytime I come here I end up disappointed and I love Carl’s. Its not that the staff is rude, the food is just always terrible. This is the last time I go to this location.
